| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει τις αντιλήψεις των εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης για το ρόλο του υποδιευθυντή στη λειτουργία των σχολικών μονάδων. Ο θεσμός της σχολικής υποδιεύθυνσης παραμένει μέχρι και σήμερα, ασαφής. Η μέθοδος που ακολουθήθηκε είναι η ποιοτική προσέγγιση και επιλέχθηκε η συνέντευξη ως η καταλληλότερη τεχνική συλλογής δεδομένων για την έρευνα. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν οκτώ εκπαιδευτικοί από σχολεία της Διεύθυνσης Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης της Δυτικής Θεσσαλονίκης. Η συλλογή των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη μέθοδο της δειγματοληψίας χιονοστιβάδας, ενώ η μέθοδος ανάλυσης που ακολουθήθηκε ήταν της θεματικής. Τα πορίσματα της έρευνας, δείχνουν ότι ο ρόλος του κρίνεται καθοριστικής σημασίας στη λειτουργία του σχολείου. Ο υποδιευθυντής έχει διττό ρόλο, λειτουργεί υποστηρικτικά με τον διευθυντή αλλά πρέπει να ανταποκρίνεται και στις αυξημένες απαιτήσεις τόσο της διοίκησης όσο και της διδακτικής του πορείας μέσα στο σχολείο. Από τα λεγόμενα των συμμετεχόντων διαπιστώθηκε ότι δε διαθέτουν τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις διοίκησης και δεν έχουν επιμορφωθεί κατάλληλα ώστε να έχουν μια αποτελεσματική και καλή λειτουργία στο σχολείο. Γεγονός που δείχνει ότι χρειάζεται η Πολιτεία να αναγνωρίσει την προσφορά του θεσμού αυτού στη λειτουργία του σχολείου και να επαναπροσδιορίσει τα καθήκοντα και τις υποχρεώσεις του υποδιευθυντή για τη βελτιστοποίηση της αποτελεσματικότητάς του. 3 Ακόμη, από την πλευρά των εκπαιδευτικών κρίνεται ως καταλυτικός ο ρόλος του και αναγνωρίζεται ως σημαντικός από όλους τους εκπαιδευτικούς του κάθε σχολείου, οι οποίοι τον θεωρούν και υποστηρικτή στα προβλήματά τους αλλά και τον κύριο συντελεστή διαμόρφωσης και ενίσχυσης θετικού σχολικού κλίματος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this research is to investigate the perceptions of the teachers of secondary education, regarding the role of the deputy director and his function in the school unit. The institution of school sub-administration remains unclear until today. The method followed was the qualitative approach and the means of interview was chosen as the most appropriate data collection for research. The survey, involved eight teachers from schools in the Department of Secondary Education in Western Thessaloniki. The data collection, was carried out using the snowball sampling method while the analysis of the method that was followed was the thematic. The findings of the research show that its role is crucial in the functioning of the school. The Deputy Director has a dual role, he works supportive with the Director, but he must also respond to the increased demands of both the administration and his / her teaching at school. The participant’s statements were found that the deputy directors, don’t have the necessary knowledge of administration and they haven’t properly trained to have an effective and good functioning at school. As a matter of urgency, the State recognizes the contribution of this institution to the functioning of the school and redefines the duties and responsibilities of the deputy director for the optimal efficiency of the institution. Moreover, the role of teachers is considered as a catalyst and is recognized as important by all the teachers of each school who consider him, as a supporter of both their problems and the main factor of shaping and strengthening a positive school climate. | en |
