In recent decades, modern business management has undergone some major changes. One of the most profound changes was the shift of businesses competing as exclusive entities in companies competing in supply chain networks. This, together with other factors such as greater geographical coverage and security in deliveries, has resulted in the development of the industry of cargo-carrying industry.
The purpose of the research is to investigate the opinion of the companies providing cargo air freight services on the dimensions of the services they consider most important and the relationship between the perceived quality of services and the overall satisfaction expressed by the customers and the possible recommendation of the companies to others. For this purpose, a quantitative survey was carried out on 50 companies using freight transport services. The results showed that customers are very satisfied with the accuracy of the safety and reliability of the services. They are relatively satisfied with financial performance and willingness while moderately satisfied with the ease of service. In addition, cargo airline customers would want even greater accuracy, security and credibility in the services provided. While they would like better financial return (eg best prices / costing).

| Abstract: | Τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες η σύγχρονη διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων έχει υποστεί ορισμένες σημαντικές αλλαγές. Μια από τις πιο βαθιές αλλαγές ήταν η στροφή των επιχειρήσεων που ανταγωνίζονται ως αποκλειστικά αυτόνομες οντότητες σε επιχειρήσεις που ανταγωνίζονται σε δίκτυα αλυσίδας εφοδιασμού. Αυτό μαζί με άλλους παράγοντες όπως η μεγαλύτερη γεωγραφική κάλυψη και η ασφάλεια στις παραδόσεις είχαν ως αποτέλεσμα την ανάπτυξη του κλάδου της βιομηχανίας που αφορά την αερομεταφορά φορτίων.
Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να διερευνηθεί η άποψη των πελατών εταιρειών που παρέχουν υπηρεσίες αερομεταφορά φορτίων σχετικά της διαστάσεις των υπηρεσιών που θεωρούν σημαντικότερες και την σχέση της αντιληπτής ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών με την συνολική ικανοποίηση που εκφράζουν οι πελάτες και την πιθανή σύσταση της εταιρείες σε άλλους. Για το σκοπό αυτό διεξήχθη ποσοτική έρευνα σε 50 επιχειρήσεις που χρησιμοποιούν υπηρεσίες αερομεταφοράς φορτίων και εμπορευμάτων. Από τα αποτελέσματα προέκυψε ότι οι πελάτες των επιχειρήσεων αερομεταφορών είναι πολύ ικανοποιημένοι απο την ακρίβεια την ασφάλεια και την αξιοπιστία των υπηρεσιών. Είναι σχετικά ικανοποιημένοι από την οικονομική απόδοση και την προθυμία ενώ είναι μέτρια ικανοποιημένοι από την ευκολία των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών. Επιπλέον, οι πελάτες των εταιρειών αερομεταφοράς φορτίου θα επιθυμούσαν ακόμη μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια, ασφάλεια και αξιοπιστία στις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες. Ενώ θα επιθυμούσαν και καλύτερη οικονομική απόδοση (πχ καλύτερες τιμές/κοστολόγηση). In recent decades, modern business management has undergone some major changes.
