| heal.abstract | Βασικό αντικείμενο στη συγκεκριμένη εργασία αποτελεί η διερεύνηση του ζητήματος της κουλτούρας ποιότητας και πως αυτή λειτουργεί ως προϋπόθεση για την εφαρμογή της καινοτομίας στους εκπαιδευτικούς θεσμούς. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό επιχειρείται αρχικά μια συνοπτική παρουσίαση των εννοιών της κουλτούρας και της ποιότητας με διάθεση ανάδειξης της πολυπλοκότητας των εννοιών αυτών έτσι όπως καταγράφεται στη διεθνή βιβλιογραφία. Αφού αναλύεται η σύνδεση της ποιότητας με την Εκπαίδευση μέσω των αρχών της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας, καθώς διαχρονικά υφίσταται η σύνδεση αυτή, αποδίδεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε μία έννοια συνθετότερη, αυτή της κουλτούρας ποιότητας. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται προσπάθεια να γίνει κατανοητό το πώς μία έννοια δύσκολα μετρήσιμη, όπως αυτή της κουλτούρας ποιότητας μπορεί ωστόσο να λειτουργήσει ως όραμα για την επίτευξη των στόχων των σχολικών μονάδων. Τελικά η εργασία καταλήγει σε μία σύνδεση σχετικά με τη σχέση που υπάρχει μεταξύ κουλτούρας ποιότητας και καινοτομίας αφού και οι δύο έχουν ως στόχο την ύπαρξη ποιοτικών εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων. Παράλληλα αναδεικνύεται ο τύπος κουλτούρας που επικρατεί στις σχολικές μονάδες Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης καθώς και ο τύπος κουλτούρας που θα ήταν επιθυμητό να επικρατεί προκειμένου να οδηγήσει στη διαμόρφωση κουλτούρας ποιότητας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main objective of the present study is to inquire the issue of quality and its effective implementation for the application of innovation regarding educational principles and policies. In this context, initially we define the concepts of culture and quality aiming to project the complexity of the specific terms with reference to literature review. There is a thorough analysis of the interconnection between quality and Education through the principles of Total Quality Management and there is particular focus on the more complex concept of quality culture. In addition, considering the underlying difficult of the concept of quality culture to be attributed in quantitative values, there is an effort to highlight the main features of the concept and to identify its contribution for the attainment of objectives that are strongly linked to educational principles and policies. Finally, the study concludes with a connection regarding the interactive relationship of quality culture and innovation, deriving from the fact that they both contribute to the effective development of quality educational systems. In alignment with the theoretical inquiry of the key concepts presented in this study, there is an attempt to project the type of the present organizational culture in schools of the Secondary Education and the desired organizational culture which is possible to transform the existing culture into a quality culture. | en |
