| heal.abstract | The following senior thesis constitutes a research of primary elements on the subject of the consumption and the demand of alcoholic drinks, in the municipalities of Thermaikos, Neapolis – Sykies and Lagkada, in the Prefecture of Thessaloniki. The basic units are two. In the first stage a bibliographic review is drawn up, where recording of secondary elements takes place, with regard to the alcoholic drinks field. More specifically, the definition and the process of the production of alcoholic drinks is mentioned, as well as, the categories in which they are separated. Consequently, extensive report in the field of alcoholic drinks occurs, in conjunction with its course in the Greek and the European – international market, generally. In the end of the bibliographic review we will see the international and, mainly, the Greek crisis and the repercussions of it in the sector of alcoholic drinks. The second unit is constituted be the methodology of the collection of primary elements that were selected for the development of this research, as well as, the analysis of those elements through the program SPSS. Then, the results from the research, which are recorded in tables of abbey and double entry, are followed. At the end, we have the conclusions of the research – study, as, also, the annex in which questionnaire and bibliography were used. | en |
