The present work refers to the school climate and factors influencing
it by emphasizing the role of the principal.
The aim of the thesis is to investigate the views of teachers about the
factors that affect the climate of a school and consequently the relationships
between colleagues and its impact on the teaching and efficiency of the
school organization.
Initially, the term "school climate" will be clarified. It will become a
description of the term and explain the importance it holds in the functioning
and well-being of a school. In addition, the different types of school climate
will be analyzed.
Then we will explore the factors that affect the climate of a school
organization. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of the school
principal.
In the second part, the survey will be presented to teachers in the
prefecture of Rodopi. Its purpose is to explore their views on the climate
prevailing in the schools they work, the relationships that have been
developed between the principal and the teachers and among the teachers.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία αναφέρεται στο σχολικό κλίμα και τους
παράγοντες που το επηρεάζουν δίνοντας έμφαση στο ρόλο του διευθυντή.
Στόχος της εργασίας είναι να διερευνηθούν οι απόψεις των
εκπαιδευτικών για τους παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν το κλίμα ενός σχολείου
και κατά συνέπεια τις σχέσεις ανάμεσα στους συναδέλφους και τον αντίκτυπο
που έχει στη διδασκαλία και την αποδοτικότητα του σχολικού οργανισμού.
Αρχικά θα αποσαφηνιστεί ο όρος "σχολικό κλίμα". Θα γίνει μια
περιγραφή του όρου και εξηγηθεί η σπουδαιότητα που κατέχει στη λειτουργία
και την ευημερία ενός σχολείου. Ακόμη, θα αναλυθούν οι διαφορετικοί τύπου
σχολικού κλίματος.
Στη συνέχεια θα διερευνηθούν οι παράγοντες από τους οποίους
επηρεάζεται το κλίμα ενός σχολικού οργανισμού. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί
στο ρόλο του διευθυντή της σχολικής μονάδας.
Στο δεύτερο μέρος θα παρουσιαστεί η έρευνα που έγινε σε
εκπαιδευτικούς του νομού Ροδόπης. Σκοπός της είναι να διερευνήσει τις
απόψεις τους για το κλίμα που επικρατεί στις σχολικές μονάδες που
εργάζονται, τις σχέσεις που έχουν αναπτυχθεί ανάμεσα στο διευθυντή και
