Κοινωνία του σχολείου : Διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις σχολικής ηγεσίας - εκπαιδευτικών - βοηθητικού προσωπικού (Master thesis)

Undoubtedly, in their workplace, citizens of society spend much of their 24 hours,
forming relationships, influencing, evolving and surviving. In this work, an attempt was made
to investigate whether the interpersonal relationships that develop in the school setting, as a
result of school leadership, affect the professional satisfaction and emotional and mental
calmness of teachers and support staff in a Primary School unit. Proper internal communication,
good interpersonal relationships and the effects of the working climate on employees should be
a serious concern for school leadership.
There has also been an effort to reach out to school support staff in this area, which plays
an important role in school life and in creating the school climate and culture of the school
community as a whole with their final recipients / pupils.
The subject approach was both theoretical and empirical. In addition to analyzing the
theoretical part of concepts related to the subject of work, an inventory of teachers 'and cleaners'
views was also attempted. They were consulted about the roles and qualifications of the school
unit's principals and how they felt satisfied at their workplace.

| Abstract: | Αναμφισβήτητα στο χώρο εργασίας τους οι πολίτες της κοινωνίας περνούν μεγάλο μέρος
του εικοσιτετραώρου, διαμορφώνουν σχέσεις, δέχονται επιρροές, εξελίσσονται και
επιβιώνουν. Στην εργασία αυτή έγινε μια προσπάθεια να διερευνηθεί κατά πόσο οι
διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται στον χώρο του σχολείου, ως απόρροια της
σχολικής ηγεσίας, επηρεάζουν την επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση και συναισθηματική και
ψυχική ηρεμία τόσο των εκπαιδευτικών όσο και του βοηθητικού προσωπικού μιας σχολικής
μονάδας στην Πρωτοβάθμια Εκπαίδευση. Η σωστή εσωτερική επικοινωνία, οι καλές
διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις και οι επιδράσεις του εργασιακού κλίματος στους εργαζόμενους θα
πρέπει να απασχολούν σοβαρά τη σχολική ηγεσία. ΄Εγινε επίσης και μια προσπάθεια
προσέγγισης του βοηθητικού προσωπικού των σχολείων, σε αυτό το κομμάτι, το οποίο
διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στη σχολική ζωή και στη δημιουργία σχολικού κλίματος και
κουλτούρας της σχολικής κοινωνίας στο σύνολό της με τελικούς αποδέκτες τους/τις
μαθητές/τριες.
Η προσέγγιση του θέματος έγινε τόσο θεωρητικά όσο και εμπειρικά. Εκτός από την
ανάλυση στο θεωρητικό μέρος εννοιών σχετικών με το θέμα της εργασίας, επιχειρήθηκε και
μια καταγραφή των απόψεων των εκπαιδευτικών και των καθαριστριών. Ζητήθηκε η γνώμη
τους για τον ρόλο, την προσωπικότητα και τα προσόντα των διευθυντών της σχολικής μονάδας
στην οποία υπηρετούν και κατά πόσο αισθάνονται ικανοποίηση και συναισθηματική κάλυψη
