Συγκριτική μελέτη του Ελληνικού και Φινλανδικού εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος όσον αφορά στη διοίκηση της εκπαίδευσης (Master thesis)

The current study involves the analysis and comparison of the educational
administration in the educational systems in Greece and Finland. It is based on
references and focuses on the following topics: structure of the educational system,
educational reforms, investment in education, and countries' position in the evaluation
PISA 2018.This will be done by review of academic sources and presentation of the
current situation both in Greece and Finland today so as to make any further
comparison possible.
The first chapter covers the purpose and research questions of this
work. The second chapter presents the theoretical framework of the work with the
basic terms studied in the present work being interpreted conceptually.
The third chapter includes the methodology for collecting the
data as well as how it is presented in the work. Moreover, the fourth chapter of the
work lists the main characteristics of demographics, each with a brief reference to
both the political and economic situation of the countries.
The fifth chapter of the study presents respectively the
educational systems of Greece and Finland, starting with the structure of the
educational systems and concluding with the way they heir educators in schools.
Furthermore, the sixth chapter covers the educational reforms that have taken place in
Greece and Finland. The seventh chapter deals with the financing of each country
respectively while chapter eight contains the conclusions on the positions taken by
Greece and Finland in the PISA competition in 2015 and the European Union
recommendations for those two countries.
Finally, in the ninth chapter the study presents the comparison
between the educational administration of the educational systems ending into
conclusions.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά σύγκριση των εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων
Ελλάδας και της Φινλανδίας όσον αφορά ση διοίκηση της εκπαίδευσης Ελλάδας και
της Φινλανδίας. Η έρευνά μου είναι βιβλιογραφική και επικεντρώνεται στα εξής
υποθέματα: δομή εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων, εκπαιδευτικές μεταρρυθμίσεις,
επενδύσεις στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης, και η θέση των χωρών στην αξιολόγηση του
PISA 2018. Αυτό γίνεται μέσα από την επισκόπηση των βιβλιογραφικών πηγών από
τη μέθοδο της συγκριτικής ανάλυσης.
Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει το σκοπό και τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα της
εργασίας αυτής. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο της
εργασίας με τους βασικούς όρους που μελετώνται στην παρούσα εργασία να
ερμηνεύονται εννοιολογικά.
Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει την μεθοδολογία με την οποία έγινε η
συλλογή των δεδομένων καθώς και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αυτά εμφανίζονται στην
εργασία.
Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας παρατίθενται τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά
της κάθε χώρας που αφορούν τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία της κάθε και ακολουθεί μια
σύντομη αναφορά τόσο στην πολιτική όσο και στην οικονομική κατάσταση των
χωρών.
Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας παρουσιάζονται αντίστοιχα τα
εκπαιδευτικά συστήματα της Ελλάδας και της Φινλανδίας κυρίως στον τομέα της
διοίκησης ξεκινώντας με τη δομή των εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων και
ολοκληρώνεται με τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εκπληρώνεται η στελέχωση τους.
Το έκτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει τις εκπαιδευτικές μεταρρυθμίσεις που
συνέβησαν στην Ελλάδα και την Φινλανδία.
Στο έβδομο κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για την χρηματοδότηση της παιδείας σε
κάθε χώρα αντίστοιχα.
Το όγδοο κεφάλαιο περιέχει αναλυτικά τα συμπεράσματα για τις θέσεις που
κατέκτησαν η Ελλάδα και η Φινλανδία στην αξιολόγηση PISA το 2015 καθώς και
την έκθεση του ΟΟΣΑ για τιε χώρες αυτές.
Τέλος, στο ένατο κεφάλαιο η εργασία προχωρά στη σύγκριση των
εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων στον τομέα της διοίκησης της εκπαίδευσης, όπου είναι
