| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρατίθενται και παρουσιάζονται ο παραδοσιακός και σύγχρονος τρόπος καλλιέργειας της καρυδιάς στην χώρα μας και συγκεκριμένα στον γεωγραφικό χώρο της Πιερίας. Πραγματοποιείται ιστορική αναδρομή και ανάλυση των μεθόδων καλλιέργειας της καρυδιάς τόσο σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο όσο και στα ελληνικά γεωργικά δεδομένα. Παρουσιάζονται με λεπτομέρειες το ανατομικό μέρος του δέντρου, η βιοοικολογία του, ο τρόπος ανάπτυξης και παραγωγής του, οι καλλιεργητικές τεχνικές που εφαρμόζονται στον καρυδεώνα, τα συστήματα φύτευσης και οι τύποι κλαδέματος ανά εποχή, οι απαιτήσεις σε θρεπτικά στοιχεία και νερό, η ανάπτυξη της ψίχας, οι μέθοδοι συγκομιδής των καρπών και η επεξεργασία τους έως ότου φτάσουν στον καταναλωτή. Αναφέρονται οι παλαιές και καινούριες ποικιλίες που δημιουργήθηκαν, τα υποκείμενα που χρησιμοποιούνται ευρέως ενώ παράλληλα εκθέτονται συγκριτικά τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα κάθε ποικιλίας όσον αφορά την αντοχή τους στο ψύχος, στην ξηρασία, στις ασθένειες και στους εχθρούς που προσβάλλουν τους καρυδεώνες. Επιπλέον αναλύονται τα έντομα-εχθροί και οι ασθένειες που προσβάλλουν την καρυδιά, η βιοοικολογία τους, οι συνθήκες ανάπτυξής τους, τα χαρακτηριστικά αναγνώρισης τους καθώς και η αντιμετώπιση τους με καλλιεργητικά μέτρα ή χημική καταπολέμηση, όπου κρίνεται αναγκαίο. Τέλος, σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να συγκρίνει την βιολογική με την συμβατική μέθοδο φυτοπροστασίας της καρυδιάς στο νομό Πιερίας, εκθέτοντας συνολικά δεδομένα που αντικατοπτρίζουν τις δύο πλευρές καλλιέργειας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present thesis presents the traditional and modern way of cultivating walnut in our country and specifically in the geographical area of Pieria. There is a historical review and analysis of walnut cultivation methods both globally and in Greek agricultural data. The anatomical part of the tree, its bioecology, the way it is grown and produced, the cultivation techniques applied to the walnut tree, the planting systems and types of pruning per season, the nutrient and water requirements, the crop development are presented in detail , the methods of harvesting the fruits and processing them until they reach the consumer. The old and new varieties created, the subjects widely used, and the advantages and disadvantages of each variety in terms of their resistance to cold, drought, disease and pest infestations are mentioned. In addition, we analyze the insect pests and diseases affecting the walnut, their bioecology, their growth conditions, their identification characteristics as well as their treatment with cultivation measures or chemical control, where appropriate. Finally, the purpose of this work is to compare the organic with the conventional method of walnut plant protection in the prefecture of Pieria, exposing aggregate data reflecting the two aspects of cultivation. | en |
