Βιολογική καλλιέργεια ρίγανης και μαντζουράνας στη Μεσήμβρια του νομού Θεσσαλονίκης (Bachelor thesis)

The thesis was about the organic cultivation of oregano and marjoram in the
area of Nea Mesimvria in the prefecture of Thessaloniki. It is divided into two chapters.
The first concerns organic oregano cultivation, reference to organic farming and its
principles, as well as oregano behavior in the region's climate.
The second chapter deals with the organic cultivation of marjoram. It describes
its features and its peculiarities. Her behavior in the area is also mentioned.
Finally, there are the conclusions and the economic importance of these crops in
Greece.

| Abstract: | Η πτυχιακή διατριβή που πραγματοποιήθηκε, αφορά την βιολογική καλλιέργεια
της ρίγανης και της μαντζουράνας στην περιοχή της Νέας Μεσημβρίας στο νομό
Θεσσαλονίκης. Χωρίζεται σε δύο κεφάλαια. Το πρώτο αφορά την βιολογική καλλιέργεια
της ρίγανης, γίνεται αναφορά στη βιολογική γεωργία και στις αρχές της, καθώς και την
συμπεριφορά της ρίγανης στο κλίμα της περιοχής.
Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αφορά την βιολογική καλλιέργεια της μαντζουράνας.
Περιγράφονται τα χαρακτηριστικά της και οι ιδιαιτερότητές της. Επίσης, αναφέρεται η
συμπεριφορά της στη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή
Τέλος, υπάρχουν τα συμπεράσματα και η οικονομική σημασία των καλλιεργειών
