Ο ρόλος της Πληροφορικής στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης στην Ειδική Αγωγή (Bachelor thesis)

The topic of this thesis is to develop the role of Information Technology in the field of education and teaching and more specifically in Special Education, as well as the benefits derived from it. Initially, the role of special education in general education is explained, giving a historical reference from the past to the present as well as the particular development in recent years. Next, the development of Information Technology and its crucial importance in education are presented. Additionally, there are listed Supportive Information Technologies that are used as they please, and reference is made to specific examples of applications. Next, proposals are presented for the introduction of Information Technology in Special Education with the help of new technological material and the training of teachers for the use of Information Technology.

| Abstract: | Το θέμα αυτής της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να αναπτύξω το ρόλο και την αξιοποίηση της Πληροφορικής στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης και της διδακτικής και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην Ειδική Αγωγή καθώς και τα οφέλη που προκύπτουν από αυτήν. Αρχικά, εξηγείται ο ρόλος της ειδικής αγωγής στη γενική εκπαίδευση δίνοντας μια ιστορική αναφορά από το παρελθόν μέχρι και σήμερα καθώς και της ιδιαίτερης ανάπτυξης τα τελευταία χρόνια. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται η ανάπτυξη των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και η καθοριστική τους σημασία στην εκπαίδευση. Επιπρόσθετα, παρατίθενται και οι υποστηρικτικές τεχνολογίες Πληροφορικής που χρησιμοποιούνται κατα το δοκούν και γίνεται αναφορά σε συγκεκριμένα παραδείγματα εφαρμογών. Έπειτα, παρουσιάζονται προτάσεις για την εισαγωγή της Πληροφορικής στην Ειδική Αγωγή με τη βοήθεια νέου τεχνολογικού υλικού και την κατάρτιση των εκπαιδευτικών για τη χρήση των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής.
