Διερεύνηση των παραγόντων αποτελεσματικότητας των σχολικών μονάδων ενηλίκων (Bachelor thesis)

This paper addresses the issue of school efficiency in school units with an adult
student population. On the occasion of the project of the European Union's
development strategy to strengthen the education sector and taking into account the
increasing educational demands of the modern world, examines, on the basis of
international research, the factors that have a significant impact on the learning and
functioning of the school. The aim of this research is to highlight the most important
factors at the discretion of teachers, which have an impact on the school efficiency of
the particular class of schools. This work shows the general conclusion that efficacy
in the educational process is a multifactorial issue, the factors that define it are
interdependent and interdependent and derive both from the context of the class and
from the general functioning of the school. Finally, it is clear that the achievement of
school effectiveness will result from the use of the knowledge of these factors and the
care of all members of the educational community, each of which will in turn
contribute to shaping the appropriate conditions for the provision of high quality
education

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται το ζήτημα της σχολικής αποτελεσματικότητας
στις σχολικές μονάδες με ενήλικο μαθητικό πληθυσμό. Με αφορμή το σχέδιο
αναπτυξιακής στρατηγικής της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για ενίσχυση του τομέα της
Εκπαίδευσης αλλά και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις αυξανόμενες εκπαιδευτικές
απαιτήσεις του σύγχρονου κόσμου, εξετάζει, στηριζόμενη σε διεθνείς έρευνες, τους
παράγοντες που ασκούν σημαντική επίδραση στη μάθηση και τη λειτουργία του
σχολείου. Σκοπός αυτής αποτελεί η ανάδειξη των σπουδαιότερων παραγόντων κατά
την κρίση των εκπαιδευτικών, που επιδρούν στη σχολική αποτελεσματικότητα της
συγκεκριμένης κατηγορίας σχολείων. Από τη συγκεκριμένη εργασία προκύπτει το
γενικό συμπέρασμα ότι η αποτελεσματικότητα στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία
αποτελεί ένα πολυπαραγοντικό ζήτημα, οι παράγοντες που την καθορίζουν είναι
αλληλένδετοι και αλληλοεξαρτώμενοι και πηγάζουν τόσο από το πλαίσιο της τάξης
όσο και από τη γενικότερη λειτουργία του σχολείου. Τέλος, καθίσταται σαφές ότι η
επίτευξη της σχολικής αποτελεσματικότητας θα προκύψει από την αξιοποίηση της
γνώση αυτών των παραγόντων και την φροντίδα όλων των μελών της εκπαιδευτικής
κοινότητας, που καθένα με τη σειρά του θα συμβάλλει στη διαμόρφωση των
κατάλληλων συνθηκών για την παροχή ποιοτικής εκπαίδευσης. This paper addresses the issue of school efficiency in school units with an adult student population.
