Φυσικοθεραπεία σε βρέθη και παιδιά με εγκεφαλική παράλυση (Bachelor thesis)

This dissertation presents the various methods of physiotherapeutic intervention in the
treatment of infants and children with cerebral palsy and its important role for these
children. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part we analysed the
theoretical knowledge about cerebral palsy, such as the clinical picture, history, etiology,
diagnosis, distribution, etc. In the second part we mentioned and analyzed the treatment,
starting with the treatment group, the medication, the stages of the physiotherapeutic
intervention and talked about methods such as Bobath, Vojta, Peto, Brunnstorm, PNF,
hydrotherapy, hippotherapy and others. In the third part, the research part of the work, we
included the bibliographic review, which includes some interesting articles and researches
on the subject, referring mainly to the different approaches of the physiotherapy program
and the final conclusions of the work, is mentioned.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακη εργασια παρουσιάζει τις διάφορες μεθόδους της φυσικοθεραπευτικής
παρέμβασης στην αντιμετώπιση των βρεφών και των παιδιών με εγκεφαλική παράλυση
καθώς και τον σημαντικό ρόλο αυτής για τα παιδιά αυτά.
Η εργασία είναι χωρισμένη σε τρία μέρη. Στο πρώτο μερος αναφέρονται οι θεωρητικές
γνώσεις γύρω από την εγκεφαλική παράλυση όπως η κλινική εικόνα, η ιστορία, η αιτιολογία,
η διάγνωση, η κατανομή κ.α. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, αναφέρεται και αναλύεται η θεραπευτική
αντιμετώπιση της, ξεκινώντας από την θεραπευτική ομάδα, τη φαρμακευτική αγωγή, τα
στάδια της φυσικοθεραπευτικής παρέμβασης με τις αυτής, όπως η Bobath, Vojta, Peto,
Brunnstorm, PNF, υδροθεραπεία, ιπποθεραπεία και άλλες. Στο τρίτο μερος, αναφέρεται το
ερευνιτικό κομματι της εργασιας, η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, η όποια περιλαμβάνει
μερικά ενδιαφέροντα άρθρα και έρευνες που αφορούσαν το θέμα, κυρίως αναφερόμενα στις
διαφορετικές προσεγγισεις του προγραμματος φυσικοθεραπειας και τα τελικά συμπεράσματα
