Η επιχειρηματικότητα στην Ελλάδα και μελέτη περίπτωσης επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου Φ-Ζην (Bachelor thesis)

This project was completed in November 2015 by students Sophia Apostolaki and Argiro Miari, the project consists of two parts theoretical and practical. It demonstrates the feasibility and objectives of the business plan, its use and the basics around the businesses and innovation. The theoretical part analyzes the concepts of green business entrepreneur and rural green businesses.
To better understand these concepts created the business plan of the firm F - Zin SA. The Company has been the subject of a greenhouse in which is provided the organic fruit growing service, vegetables and aromatic herbs to residents of large urban centers. The financial data presented in the plan is real.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ολοκληρώθηκε τον Νοέμβριο του 2015, από τις φοιτήτριες Σοφία Αποστολάκη και Αργυρώ Μίαρη και αποτελείται από δύο μέρη, το θεωρητικό και το πρακτικό.
Απεικονίζει την σκοπιμότητα και τους στόχους του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου, την χρήση του καθώς και τις βασικές έννοιες που περικλείουν την επιχειρηματικότητα και την καινοτομία. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος, αναλύονται οι έννοιες του επιχειρηματία, των πράσινων επιχειρήσεων καθώς και των αγροτικών πράσινων επιχειρήσεων.
Για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των παραπάνω εννοιών, δημιουργήθηκε το επιχειρηματικό πλάνο της επιχείρησης Φ-Ζην Α.Ε. Η επιχείρηση αυτή έχει αντικείμενο της ένα θερμοκήπιο, στο οποίο παρέχεται η υπηρεσία καλλιέργειας βιολογικών φρούτων, λαχανικών και αρωματικών βοτάνων σε κατοίκους μεγάλων αστικών κέντρων. Τα οικονομικά στοιχεία που παρουσιάζονται στο πλάνο είναι πραγματικά.
