Διεξαγωγή ερευνητικής μελέτης marketing με στόχο την διερεύνηση των αναγκών και την καταγραφή του βαθμού ικανοποίησης των χρηστών της βιβλιοθήκης του ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης για την ποιότητα των επιτόπιων υπηρεσιών και την επικοινωνιακή της δράση, κατά την περίοδο Οκτωβρίου-Δεκεμβρίου 2017 (Bachelor thesis)

The present project was carried out in the context of the thesis of the Department of Marketing and Advertising of Thessaloniki Technical University. The subject of project is: «Carry out a marketing research study aimed at exploring the needs and recording the degree of satisfaction of the users of the Library of Thessaloniki Technical University for the quality of its on-site services and her communication action, during the period October - December 2017». The research aims to identify and record the views of users who come into contact with the particular Library. The aim of the research is to record needs and the potential problems faced by Library users. Also, their degree of satisfaction with the library's on-site services will be noted. For this research, were completed questionnaires electronically, with questions about the degree of use of the Library, their satisfaction with the Library and the services it has to her users, but also their satisfaction with her communication action. As concerns now the structure of project, in the first chapter was made a reference to the secondary data related «the Libraries, Services and on-site and electronic Libraries services». Next, in the second chapter, reference was made to the methodology, the problem of research, but also to her aims and objectives. In the third chapter, the results from the research were reported, with graphs. In the fourth chapter, are commented the results found from the research, which held in the context of this project. Finally, in the fifth chapter, are noted the conclusions of research. According to the research, we notice that students generally say they are satisfied with on-site services, the adequacy of the collection in books and scientific journals and staff. They are not satisfied with working hours and her promotional actions. Finally, the frequency of borrowing books and her use for reading is sometimes the six-month period, while cases of use are for the preparation of papers and during the examination period.

Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια της Πτυχιακής Εργασίας του τμήματος Εμπορίας και Διαφήμιση του ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης. Το θέμα της εργασίας είναι : "Διεξαγωγή ερευνητικής μελέτης marketing με στόχο την διερεύνηση των αναγκών και την καταγραφή του βαθμού ικανοποίησης των χρηστών της βιβλιοθήκης του ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης για την ποιότητα των επιτόπιων υπηρεσιών και την επικοινωνιακή της δράση, κατά την περίοδο Οκτωβρίου-Δεκεμβρίου 2017". Η έρευνα αυτή έχει σκοπό να εντοπίσει και να καταγράψει τις απόψεις των χρηστών που έρχονται σε επαφή με την συγκεκριμένη Βιβλιοθήκη. Στόχος της έρευνας είναι να καταγράψει τις ανάγκες και τα πιθανά προβλήματα που έρχονται αντιμέτωποι οι χρήστες οι χρήστες της Βιβλιοθήκης. Επίσης θα σημειωθεί ο βαθμός της ικανοποίησης τους από τις επιτόπιες υπηρεσίες της Βιβλιοθήκης.
