Μικροθρεπτικά και μακροθρεπτικά συστατικά της διαίτας και έκβαση της κύησης σε γυναίκες με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη της κύησης (Master thesis)

The purpose of this systematic review is to evaluate the intake of micronutrients and macronutrients during pregnancy and their correlation with the outcome of pregnancy in women whose pregnancy has been complicated by pregnancy diabetes mellitus (GDM). The study aims to systematically review published studies conducted in women with GDM and provide data on their micronutrient and macronutrient nutrients during pregnancy and the outcome of pregnancy. Criteria for the participation of the studies were the age (18 - 45 years) of pregnant women and the number of pregnant embryos (single or twin pregnancies), with exclusion criteria, inadequate documentation of the RMP diagnosis, adolescent pregnancy and multiple pregnancy > 2 embryos). The studied parameters were female demographics (age, weight, height) and each micronutrient / macronutrient component of the diet during pregnancy. The endpoints were perinatal mortality, perinatal morbidity, macrosomia, cesarean section, and admission to an intensive care unit for neonates (MENN). The collection of studies was carried out over a period of two months, the extraction of the data over two months and the analysis of these data over a period of one month. The overall sample is composed of studies that looked at a total of 4066 pregnant women. Despite the existence of relevant studies, the optimal micronutrient and macronutrient content of the diet in women whose pregnancy has been infected with RMP has not been established. This systematic review is expected to contribute to this end.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας συστηματικής ανασκόπησης είναι η εκτίμηση της λήψης μικροθρεπτικών και μακροθρεπτικών συστατικών κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης και η συσχέτισή τους με την έκβαση της κύησης, σε γυναίκες των οποίων η κύηση έχει επιπλεχθεί με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη της κύησης (ΣΔΚ). Η μελέτη αποσκοπεί στη συστηματική ανασκόπηση των δημοσιευμένων μελετών, που διενεργήθηκαν σε γυναίκες με ΣΔΚ και παρέχουν δεδομένα σχετικά με τα μικροθρεπτικά και μακροθρεπτικά συστατικά της διατροφής τους κατά την κύηση, καθώς και την έκβαση της κύησης. Κριτήρια συμμετοχής των μελετών αποτέλεσαν η ηλικία (18 – 45 ετών) των εγκύων και ο αριθμός των κυοφορούμενων εμβρύων (μονήρης ή δίδυμη κύηση), ενώ κριτήρια αποκλεισμού η μη σαφής τεκμηρίωση της διάγνωσης του ΣΔΚ, η κύηση κατά την εφηβεία και η πολύδυμη κύηση (> 2 έμβρυα). Οι μελετούμενες παράμετροι ήταν τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία των γυναικών (ηλικία, βάρος, ύψος) και κάθε μικροθρεπτικό / μακροθρεπτικό συστατικό της διατροφής κατά την κύηση. Οι καταληκτικές παράμετροι ήταν η περιγεννητική θνητότητα, η περιγεννητική νοσηρότητα, η μακροσωμία, η διενέργεια καισαρικής τομής και η εισαγωγή σε μονάδα εντατικής νοσηλείας νεογνών (ΜΕΝΝ). Η συλλογή των μελετών πραγματοποιήθηκε σε διάστημα δύο μηνών, η εξαγωγή των δεδομένων σε διάστημα δύο μηνών και η ανάλυσή των δεδομένων αυτών σε διάστημα ενός μήνα. Το συνολικό δείγμα απαρτίζεται από μελέτες, που μελέτησαν συνολικά 4066 έγκυες γυναίκες. Παρά την ύπαρξη σχετικών μελετών, η βέλτιστη σύσταση σε μικροθρεπτικά και μακροθρεπτικά συστατικά της δίαιτας σε γυναίκες των οποίων η κύηση έχει επιπλεχθεί με ΣΔΚ δεν έχει καθορισθεί. Η παρούσα συστηματική ανασκόπηση αναμένεται να συμβάλλει προς αυτό το σκοπό.
