Εξ αποστάσεως επιμόρφωση διευθυντών πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (Master thesis)

The present research aims at exploring the views of Primary Education School Leaders after their training on the Eclass platform regarding their experience in distance learning. It also studies to what extent age affects their attitudes to obstacles and the benefits of distance learning, and digital literacy affects their perceptions of distance learning. The managers were trained on the Eclass platform. A quantitative approach was used to carry it out and for its needs a questionnaire was produced, which was sent electronically to a sample of 100 managers across Greece. Her findings have highlighted positive perceptions of online education. The younger managers are more interested in distance learning than the older ones. In fact, the former are more interested in training with rich material in the educational leadership, while the second ones are technical training with the help of the trainers. . With regard to digital literacy, the findings of the analyzes have shown that the greater PC usage experience is positively related to the perceived benefits of online learning. More experienced computer users are expected to be more receptive to online learning than less experienced.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα έρευνα αποσκοπεί στην διερεύνηση των απόψεων Διευθυντών Σχολικών Μονάδων της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης μετά την επιμόρφωσή τους στην πλατφόρμα του Eclass, σχετικά με την εμπειρία τους στην εξ αποστάσεως επιμόρφωση. Επίσης, μελετά σε τι βαθμό η ηλικία επηρεάζει τις στάσεις τους για τα εμπόδια και τα οφέλη της εξ αποστάσεως επιμόρφωσης και ο ψηφιακός αλφαβητισμός επηρεάζει τις αντιλήψεις τους για την εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση. Οι διευθυντές επιμορφώθηκαν στην πλατφόρμα του Eclass. Για τη διεξαγωγή της χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ποσοτική προσέγγιση και για τις ανάγκες της κατασκευάστηκε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο, το οποίο στάλθηκε ηλεκτρονικά σε δείγμα 100 διευθυντών σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Τα ευρήματα της ανέδειξαν θετικές αντιλήψεις για τη διαδικτυακή επιμόρφωση. Οι νεότεροι σε ηλικία διευθυντές ενδιαφέρονται περισσότερο για την εξ αποστάσεως επιμόρφωση από τους μεγαλύτερους. Μάλιστα, οι πρώτοι ενδιαφέρονται περισσότερο για επιμορφώσεις μ ε πλούσιο υλικό στην εκπαιδευτική ηγεσία, ενώ οι δεύτεροι επιμορφώσεις σε τεχνικά θέματα Η/Υ με την βοήθεια των εκπαιδευτών. Σε σχέση με τον ψηφιακό αλφαβητισμό τα ευρήματα των αναλύσεων έδειξαν ότι η μεγαλύτερη εμπειρία χρήσης Η/Υ σχετίζεται θετικά με τα αντιλαμβανόμενα οφέλη της διαδικτυακής μάθησης. Οι περισσότερο έμπειροι χρήστες Η/Υ αναμένεται να είναι πιο δεκτικοί απέναντι στη διαδικτυακή μάθηση σε σχέση με τους λιγότερο έμπειρους.
