| heal.abstract | Το θέμα που διαπραγματεύτηκε η παρούσα εργασία αναφέρεται στην έννοια της στρατηγικής και των εργαλείων ανάπτυξης οργανισμών, καθώς και στην σπουδαιότητα και εφαρμογή αυτών στους οργανισμούς και κυρίως στα δημόσια σχολεία της Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Αρχικά έγινε μια βιβλιογραφική αναφορά στις βασικές έννοιες του μάνατζμεντ στη διοίκηση οργανισμών και στο εκπαιδευτικό μάνατζμεντ καθώς και στα εργαλεία ανάλυσης και ανάπτυξης οργανισμών. Στη συνέχεια ακολούθησε το σημαντικότερο από τα κεφάλαια της εργασίας, η μελέτη περίπτωσης του Μουσικού Σχολείου Ξάνθης. Σε αυτή την ενότητα γίνεται ο εντοπισμός και η καταγραφή των δυνατών και αδύνατων σημείων του σχολείου καθώς και των ευκαιριών και απειλών που είτε αυξάνουν την αποτελεσματικότητα του είτε το επηρεάζουν αρνητικά. Με βάση τα παραπάνω ακολουθούν συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις σχετικά με την εφαρμογή του μάνατζμεντ στη δημόσια εκπαίδευση, αλλά και την στρατηγική που μπορεί να αναπτύξει το Μουσικό Σχολείο Ξάνθης, με στόχο την αύξηση των μαθητών του και την εδραίωση της θέσης του στην αγορά του ανταγωνισμού. Η προσέγγιση του ερευνητικού προβλήματος διεξάχθηκε μέσω θεωρητικής ανάλυσης και ερευνητικής διαδικασίας. Η θεωρητική ανάλυση βασίστηκε σε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και η ερευνητική διαδικασία σε ποιοτική έρευνα μέσω ερωτηματολογίου. Συγχρόνως διερευνήθηκαν οι στάσεις και αντιλήψεις των εκπαιδευτικών και γονέων για το μάνατζμεντ. Τα ευρήματα αποκαλύπτουν ότι ο εκπαιδευτικός δεν έχει επαρκή γνώση για το μάνατζμεντ υπηρεσιών, αλλά αντιθέτως έχει θετική στάση για σχετική επιμόρφωση και εφαρμογή σύγχρονων στρατηγικών εκπαιδευτικού μάνατζμεντ. | el |
| heal.abstract | The topic discussed in this paper refers to the concept of strategy and tools for the development of organizations, as well as their importance and application to organizations and especially to public schools of secondary education. Initially, a bibliographic reference was made to the basic concepts of management in organizational management and educational management, as well as to tools for analyzing and developing organizations. Then followed the most important of the chapters of the work, the case study of the Music School of Xanthi. This section identifies and records the strengths and weaknesses of the school as well as opportunities and threats that either increase its effectiveness or negatively affect it. Based on the above, conclusions and suggestions regarding the implementation of management in public education follow, but the strategy that can be developed by the Music School of Xanthi, aiming at increasing its students and consolidating its position in the competition market. The approach to the research problem was conducted through a theoretical analysis and research process. The theoretical analysis was based on a bibliographic review and the research process on qualitative research through a questionnaire. At the same time, the attitudes and perceptions of teachers and parents about management were explored. The findings reveal that the teacher does not have sufficient knowledge of service management education but has a positive attitude towards relevant training and implementation of modern educational management strategies. | en |
