| heal.abstract | Η κήλη μεσοσπονδύλιου δίσκου στην αυχενική μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης αποτελεί μία νόσο κατά την οποία ρήγνυται ο ινώδης δακτύλιος του μεσοσπονδύλιου δίσκου και ακολουθεί η έξοδος του πηκτοειδούς πυρήνα, με επακόλουθο την πίεση κάποιας νωτιαίας ρίζας. Το φαινόμενο αυτό μπορεί να οφείλεται σε διάφορους αιτιολογικούς παράγοντες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου τον τραυματισμό και την εκφύλιση της σπονδυλικής στήλης. Η συμπτωματολογία ποικίλει από ασθενή σε ασθενή και εξαρτάται από το επίπεδο της βλάβης. Ο θεράπων ιατρός θέτει την διάγνωση, επεξεργάζεται το πλάνο αντιμετώπισης του προβλήματος της κήλης προβαίνοντας στις απαραίτητες ιατρικές πράξεις. Ο Φυσικοθεραπευτής σε συνεργασία με τον γιατρό και ανάλογα με τα ευρήματα της αξιολόγησης, θα εφαρμόσει τεχνικές που στοχεύουν αποκλειστικά και μόνο στη βελτίωση της κατάστασης. Η εργασία αυτή θέτει και αναλύει το πρόβλημα αυτό, προσπαθώντας να περιγράψει όσο το δυνατόν αποτελεσματικότερα γίνεται την παθολογία αυτή και την αντιμετώπιση, είτε συντηρητική είτε χειρουργική, περιλαμβάνοντας ειδικές τεχνικές αλλά και ένα ενδεικτικό πρόγραμμα φυσικοθεραπείας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Intervertebral disc herniation of the cervical spine is a disease, which shows up when the fibrous ring of the intervertebral disc ruptures and the gel nucleus exits, resulting in the pressure of some spinal nerve root. This is due to many factors including the spinal cord injury and the spinal degeneration. The symptoms differ from patient to patient and depend on the level of damage. The doctor makes the diagnosis, processes the treatment plan for the problem and performs the appropriate medical procedures. The physiotherapist in collaboration with the doctor and depending on the findings of the assessment of the problem, will apply techniques aimed at improving the patient’s condition. This dissertation establishes and analyzes this problem, trying to describe as effectively as possible the pathology of the intervertebral disc herniation and the treatment of it, surgical or not, including special techniques and an indicative physiotherapy program. | en |
