H λεμφική αποσυμφόρηση σε πρωτοκολλά θεραπειών για τη μείωση του σωματικού λίπους (Bachelor thesis)

This project is an extensive reference to the lymphatic system, the organs that lymphatic system consists of, it’s relation to weight loss, obesity and obesity types and finally, the usefulness of aesthetic interventions of lymphatic decongestion. In the first place, there is a reference to historical information. Secondly, there are some references on the mechanical and manual methods that are being used on lymphatic decongestion. In conclusion, this project ends up to a confirmed correlation between the lymphatic decongestion and the effort of body fat reduction.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μια εκτενή αναφορά στο λεμφικό σύστημα, στα όργανα που απαρτίζουν το λεμφικό σύστημα, στη σχέση του με την απώλεια βάρους, στην παχυσαρκία και τα είδη της και τέλος στη χρησιμότητα των αισθητικών παρεμβάσεων λεμφικής αποσυμφόρησης. Αρχικά, αναφέρονται ορισμένα ιστορικά στοιχεία. Έπειτα, παράλληλα αναλύονται τόσο οι μηχανικές όσο και οι χειρονακτικές μέθοδοι που χρησιμοποιούνται για λεμφική αποσυμφόρηση. Η εργασία καταλήγει σε έναν εμπεριστατωμένο συσχετισμό μεταξύ της λεμφικής αποσυμφόρησης και της προσπάθειας μείωσης του σωματικού λίπους.
