Η ξυλοναυπηγική παράδοση της Ιερισσού Χαλκιδικής - Ταρσανάδες, ως μέσο για την τουριστική ανάπτυξη της Χαλκιδικής (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of this work is to highlight the tourist product that Ierissos Halkidiki shipyards can offer. In particular, after analyzing the effects of tourism, the basic principles of cultural tourism and the principles of industrial cultural tourism are described. In addition, the main elements of Greece's industrial heritage are listed, with particular emphasis on some of the key cultural heritage museums that are particularly popular and sustainable in Greece. Afterwards a historical retrospective of the shipbuilding art is presented, the categories of vessels in the area of Halkidiki are presented, while a special mention is made in the Tarsanades of Halkidiki in terms of their history and the development of industrial cultural tourism. Subsequently, for the purpose of drawing clearer and substantive conclusions, both quantitative and qualitative research is being carried out to highlight the problems and proposals for improving industrial heritage tourism in the Ierissos shipyards. The results are very important and are expected to contribute to the international literature due to the specificity of the subject, and some suggestions are being made for actions to promote tourism and traffic in the area.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ανάδειξη του τουριστικού προϊόντος που μπορεί να προσφέρουν τα Ξυλοναυπηγεία (Ταρσανάδες) της Ιερισσού Χαλκιδικής. Ειδικότερα, αφού αναλυθούν οι επιδράσεις του τουρισμού, περιγράφονται οι βασικές αρχές του πολιτιστικού τουρισμού αλλά και οι βασικές αρχές του βιομηχανικού πολιτιστικού τουρισμού. Επιπλέον, παρατίθενται τα βασικά στοιχεία της βιομηχανικής κληρονομιάς της Ελλάδας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε κάποια βασικά μουσεία πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς που είναι ιδιαίτερα δημοφιλή και βιώσιμα στην Ελλάδα. Έπειτα πραγματοποιείται μια ιστορική αναδρομή της Ξυλοναυπηγικής τέχνης, παρουσιάζονται οι κατηγορίες σκαφών στην περιοχή της Χαλκιδικής, ενώ γίνεται ιδιαίτερη μνεία στους Ταρσανάδες Χαλκιδικής ως προς την ιστορία τους, αλλά και ως προς την ανάπτυξη του βιομηχανικού πολιτιστικού τουρισμού. Στην συνέχεια για την εξαγωγή πιο σαφών και ουσιαστικών συμπερασμάτων, πραγματοποιείται τόσο ποσοτική όσο και ποιοτική έρευνα, ώστε να αναδειχθούν τα προβλήματα αλλά και οι προτάσεις βελτίωσης του τουρισμού βιομηχανικής κληρονομιάς στα ναυπηγεία της Ιερισσού. Τα αποτελέσματα είναι πολύ σημαντικά λόγω της ιδιαιτερότητας του θέματος, ενώ παρουσιάζονται κάποιες προτάσεις για ανάπτυξη δράσεων ως προς την ανάπτυξη του τουρισμού και της επισκεψιμότητας της περιοχής.
