Βλάβες του δέρματος και καρκίνος του δέρματος από την ηλιακή ακτινοβολία (Bachelor thesis)

Knowing the skin which is the largest human organ, which plays an
important role in maintaining our health we should be informed and inform about
the harmful effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays. In this way we can contribute to the
strengthening of photoprotective behavior of readers to avoid unpleasant
consequences. In this class belongs from the simple burn, which is a consequence
of acute exposure to UVR rays, to malignant melanoma which is the only skin
disease that can lead to death.
This project aims to study the skin lesions and skin cancer caused by
exposure to sunlight, as well as the prevention and informing the reader of the
health professional who will refer to it. The aim of the authors is the recording and
analytical commentary, using a thorough literature review, of lesions and of the
growth of skin tumors mainly as a consequence of excessive exposure to sunlight.
The role of the aesthetic is to have good knowledge of the subject in order
to be able to give the correct instructions according to the needs arising from
phototype and skin type.

| Abstract: | Γνωρίζοντας το δέρμα το οποίο αποτελεί το μεγαλύτερο ανθρώπινο όργανο
και το οποίο παίζει σπουδαίο ρόλο στη διατήρηση της υγείας μας θεωρούμε
σκόπιμο να ενημερωθούμε και να ενημερώσουμε για τις βλαπτικές συνέπειες από
τις υπεριώδεις ακτίνες του ηλίου. Με αυτό τον τρόπο μπορούμε να συμβάλλουμε
στην ενίσχυση της φωτοπροστατευτικής συμπεριφοράς των αναγνωστών ώστε να
αποφευχθούν δυσάρεστες συνέπειες. Στην κατηγορία αυτή ανήκουν από το απλό
έγκαυμα, δηλαδή μία οξεία συνέπεια της έκθεσης σε UVR ακτίνες, έως το
κακοήθες μελάνωμα που αποτελεί τη μοναδική δερματική νόσο που μπορεί να
οδηγήσει σε θάνατο.
Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως σκοπό την μελέτη των βλαβών του
δέρματος και του δερματικού καρκίνου που προκαλούνται από την έκθεση στην
ηλιακή ακτινοβολία, καθώς και την πρόληψη αλλά και την ενημέρωση του
αναγνώστη και του επαγγελματία υγείας που θα ανατρέξει σε αυτή. Στόχος των
συγγραφέων είναι η καταγραφή και ο αναλυτικός σχολιασμός, μέσα από ενδελεχή
βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση, των βλαβών αλλά και της ανάπτυξης νεοπλασμάτων
του δέρματος ως συνέπεια κυρίως της υπέρμετρης έκθεσης στην ηλιακή
ακτινοβολία.
Ο ρόλος του/της αισθητικού είναι να αποκτήσει την καλή γνώση του
αντικειμένου ώστε να είναι σε θέση να δώσει τις σωστές οδηγίες ανάλογα με τις
ανάγκες του καθενός που απορρέουν από τον φωτότυπο και τον τύπο δέρματός
του.
