Η επιλογή των στελεχών εκπαίδευσης περιόδου 2007-2019. Η περίπτωση των διευθυντών και των διευθυντριών σχολικών μονάδων (Bachelor thesis)

This work deals with the selection of the Education Executives of the period 2007-2019 in Greece and more specifically looks at the case of School Principals. In the first part, the theoretical, it clarifies the terms relating to Management, Organization, Leadership, Public Management and presents the legislative framework, according to which the selection of the Secondary School Principals took place in the last twelve years. In the second part, the research, through a questionnaire and statistical analysis method, teachers' views on the process and the criteria of selection are presented.
The present work was carried out in order to create reflection and to formulate proposals on the important issue of the selection process for school principals, with an emphasis on the last decade (2007-2019), during which principals' judgments took place four times.
The purpose of the research is the qualifications and skills of the school principals, men or women, which contribute to the effective management of the school to be determined by teachers. Teachers can evaluate the criteria that are considered to be the most important for the selection of school principals in the case of selection by school teachers. To identify also the processes that converge to the direction of meritocratic selection of School Principals and finally identify the characteristics of the successful Principal.
In the last part of the paper the conclusions and suggestions are formulated.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο την επιλογή των Στελεχών Εκπαίδευσης της περιόδου των ετών 2007-2019 στην Ελλάδα και πιο συγκεκριμένα εξετάζει την περίπτωση επιλογής των διευθυντών και των διευθυντριών Σχολικών Μονάδων. Στο πρώτο μέρος, το θεωρητικό, αποσαφηνίζονται οι όροι που αφορούν στη Διοίκηση, την Οργάνωση, την Ηγεσία, το Δημόσιο Management και παρουσιάζεται το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο, βάση του οποίου, έγινε την τελευταία δωδεκαετία η επιλογή των διευθυντών και των διευθυντριών Σχολικών Μονάδων. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, το ερευνητικό, μέσω ερωτηματολογίου και με τη μέθοδο της στατιστικής ανάλυσης, παρουσιάζονται οι απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για τον τρόπο και τα κριτήρια επιλογής. Επειδή οι εκπαιδευτικοί είναι οι άνθρωποι που κατ’ εξοχήν θα συνεργαστούν με τον διευθυντή ή τη διευθύντρια για την επίτευξη των στόχων του σχολείου, γι’ αυτό και θεωρήσαμε πολύ σημαντικό να εκφράσουν τις θέσεις τους, έστω και έμμεσα, για τη διαδικασία επιλογής.
Η παρούσα έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε με σκοπό τη δημιουργία προβληματισμού και τη διατύπωση προτάσεων για το σημαντικό ζήτημα της διαδικασίας επιλογής Διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων, με έμφαση στην τελευταία δεκαετία (2007-2019), στη διάρκεια της οποίας διενεργήθηκαν τέσσερις φορές κρίσεις Διευθυντών.
Στόχοι της έρευνας είναι να οριστούν από τους/τις εκπαιδευτικούς τα προσόντα και οι δεξιότητες του διευθυντή ή της διευθύντριας που συντελούν στην αποτελεσματική διοίκηση του σχολείου. Να αξιολογηθούν τα κριτήρια που θεωρούνται ως τα πιο σημαντικά για την επιλογή των διευθυντών, στην περίπτωση που η επιλογή γίνεται από τον Σύλλογο Διδασκόντων. Να προσδιοριστούν οι διαδικασίες που συγκλίνουν στην κατεύθυνση της αξιοκρατικής επιλογής των διευθυντών/ντριών Σχολείων και τέλος να επισημανθούν τα χαρακτηριστικά του επιτυχημένου διευθυντή ή διευθύντριας.
Στο τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας διατυπώνονται τα συμπεράσματα και οι προτάσεις.
