This assignment the usability of Information System of the International University of Greece - Alexander Campus (former Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki) which is used by departmental secretaries, students and educational staffin order to provide complete information on students' academic progress. The purpose of the assignment is to introduce us to the information system of International University of Greece - Alexander Campus, so that we have a fuller picture of all the functions it performs and focus on its usability, efficiency and effectiveness through of the system these functions. The purpose of an integrated information system is to properly inform and interact with users, so that there is a smooth and easier process for the needs of the organization. The aim is, therefore, to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of this information system. The results of the assignment regarding the usability of the Information System of the International University of Greece - Alexander Campus (former Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki) will be an aid to the following user categories:  The Information System manufacturers, about the requirements that an educational organization may have to manage.  Τhe Information System users of the administrativeand educational staff of the institution, about the capabilities of the system which are notknown and the improvements that can be made.  The educational organization itself as well as other relevant organizations after realising the usability of the Information System that is being studied at the present researchcan compare it with other Information Systems and choose the most appropriate and handy.
