Η πατάτα σήμερα, αποτελεί μία από τις σημαντικότερες καλλιέργειες στην Ελλάδα. Στην εργασία αυτή αναφέρονται τα χαρακτηριστικά της γνωρίσματα και δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στο φυτό με βάση την καλλιέργεια και τη φυτοπροστασία. Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η γενική περιγραφή του φυτού της πατάτας, η παρουσίαση των εντόμων και των ασθενειών που το προσβάλλουν και η παράθεση των τρόπων αντιμετώπισής τους. Προς εκπλήρωση του παραπάνω σκοπού, αρχικά δόθηκε ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη διάδοση του φυτού, στα βοτανικά γνωρίσματά του, στην καλλιέργειά του και στην εμπορευσιμότητά του στο καταναλωτικό κοινό. Στη συνέχεια, έγινε λόγος για τους εχθρούς που κατά καιρούς προσβάλουν αυτή την καλλιέργεια αναφέροντας τα συμπτώματα που παρατηρούνται και τους τρόπους αντιμετώπισης αυτών. Οι εχθροί αυτοί αφορούν τα έντομα και τις ασθένειες που κατά καιρούς επιτίθενται στο φυτό της πατάτας.

Οι εχθροί αυτοί αφορούν τα έντομα και τις ασθένειες που κατά καιρούς επιτίθενται στο φυτό της πατάτας. These days, potato is one of the most important crops in Greece. This thesis describes the potato plant’s features by giving special aimportance to the potato plant cultivation and ptotection. In order to fulfill the above purposes, a particular emphasis was initially placed on the historical disseminationof the plant, the botanical features, the cultivation and its marketability to the consumers.Then, the enemies that occasionally attack this crop were identified mentioning also the symptoms observed and the ways to deal with them. These enemies are related to the insects and diseases that occasionally attack the potato plant. Potato is one of the most important crops in Greece because it is grown in many geographical areas. Also, according to potato’s nutritional characteristics it is understood that this vegetable is a part of the humans’ basic diet.Potato is widely used because it is used as a food for humans, as a food for animals and as a raw material in processingindustry.Concerning the soil and climatic conditions of the potato plant it was sited that each of themfavors the development of each botanical characteristic differently. It has also been observed that there are two territorial categories in the case of potato cultivation, rural potatoes and greenhouse potatoes.It was also understood that potato requirements in cultivation processes are high.Insects that affect the potato plants have different characteristics between them such as the anatomical characteristics, thebiological characteristics and aslothe ways of dealing with them.For diseases (fungal and bacteriological) it has been concluded that their treatment is critical because their affect has a direct impact on the plant growth and subsequently on the production quantities. About the virus diseases, it was cited as a conclusion the separation between diseases transmitted by insects and by the contact via the cultication processes and the plants. |
