Dark tourism is a completely different form of tourism. Most have combined their vacations with happy parties, carefree without having to feel overwhelmed. We look at what people are doing to reduce the stress they are having. two days and a half days’ worth of money.
In Greece, which relies heavily on tourism, we see that the first steps are being taken by the competent bodies so that, with the help of the media, any innovative effort can be made to highlight areas that can attract lovers of dark tourism.The purpose of this work is to highlight the places of dark tourism in Greece related to the atrocities of the German army during World War II.

| Abstract: | Ο σκοτεινός τουρισμός είναι μια μορφή τουρισμού εντελώς διαφορετική από τις άλλες. Οι περισσότεροι έχουν συνδυάσει τις διακοπές τους με χαρούμενα μέρη, ξέγνοιαστα χωρίς να θέλουν να νιώσουν ούτε ένα ίχνος δυσαρέσκειας. Υπάρχει όμως και μια κατηγορία ανθρώπων που νιώθουν την ανάγκη να επισκεφτούν τοποθεσίες που ξυπνάνε οδυνηρές μνήμες και γεγονότα του παρελθόντος. Στην Ελλάδα, η οποία στηρίζει την οικονομία της σε μεγάλο βαθμό στον τουρισμό, παρατηρούμε ότι έχουν αρχίσει και γίνονται τα πρώτα βήματα από τους αρμόδιους φορείς ώστε με την βοήθεια των Μ.Μ.Ε να γίνεται προβολή οποιασδήποτε καινοτόμου προσπάθειας για ανάδειξη περιοχών που μπορούν να προσελκύσουν λάτρεις του σκοτεινού τουρισμού. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ανάδειξη των τόπων σκοτεινού τουρισμού στην Ελλάδα που σχετίζονται με τις θηριωδίες του γερμανικού στρατού στον Δεύτερο Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο.
