| heal.abstract | Η κονσόλα Wii υπάγεται στα Ψηφιακά Διαδραστικά Παιχνίδια (ΨΔΠ), τα οποία απαιτούν κίνηση και σωματική άσκηση από το άτομο, συνδυάζουν την ψυχαγωγία με την άσκηση και αποτελούν ελκυστικά εργαλεία για τη βελτίωση της φυσικής κατάστασης των ατόμων με αναπηρία. Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής ήταν η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση ερευνών που διερεύνησαν τα οφέλη της τεχνολογίας Wii στα παιδιά με εγκεφαλική παράλυση (ΕΠ). Πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση βιβλιογραφίας τεσσάρων ερευνών στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων Medline (μέσω Pubmed), PEDro (PhysiotherapyEvidenceDatabase), GoogleScholar, CochraneCentralRegisterofControlledTrials (CENTRAL). Η εκτίμηση του κινδύνου συστηματικού σφάλματος στις μελέτες που συμπεριλήφθηκαν βασίστηκε στο εργαλείο της CochraneCollaboration. Οι έρευνες που επιλέχτηκαν και αναλύθηκαν, ανέφεραν αποτελέσματα από συνολικά 114 παιδιά με ΕΠ. Από τα αποτελέσματα των ερευνών φάνηκε ότι η ενασχόληση των παιδιών με ΕΠ με την κονσόλα Wii είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα την βελτίωση της ισορροπίας, της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας, της αυτονομίας, της οπτικής αντίληψης και των κοινωνικών και κινητικών δεξιοτήτων. Συμπερασματικά η ενασχόληση των παιδιών με ΕΠ με την τεχνολογία Wii είχε θετική επίδραση στη θεραπεία τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The Nintendo Wii Console belongs to Digital Interactive Games (DIG), which requires movement and physical exercise from every person, combine entertainment with physical exercise and they are attractive tools for the improvement of the fitness level of people with disabilities. The aim of this thesis was the literature review of different researches that have investigated the effects of Nintendo Wii technology on children with cerebral palsy. The literature review of four researches took place in the electronic databases Medline (through Pubmed), PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database), Google Scholar, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL). The evaluation of the danger of the systematic error in the researches that were included were based on the tool of Cohrane Collaboration. The researches that were selected and analyzed, reported the results of 114 children, in general, with cerebral palsy. From the results of the researches they came to the conclusion that children who were involved in the Nintendo Wii’s interventions, had as a result the improvement of the balance, the structural mobility, the personal autonomy, the visual perception and the social and mobility skills. In conclusion, the occupation of children with cerebral palsy with the Nintendo Wii has positive effects on their treatment. | en |
