Χαρτογράφηση των βιβλιοθηκών της Μακεδονίας και πρόταση για συνεργατική δράση. (Bachelor thesis)

This research attempts to integrate the lists of Macedonian libraries, in order to create an automated system that will be easily accessed nationally. Creating a single list will provide easy access to evidence, which will be helpful and time saving. For this attempt detailed lists from every library need to be collected and through some alterations to be shaped according to a single system that will cover all the spectrum of Macedonia. This thesis is consisted of two parts; in the first part details from libraries of every city in Macedonia are recorded. Specific details that concern their collection are collected from each library (mostly statistical), and through this way a presentation of libraries in every region in Macedonia is succeeded. The second part is based on bib-liographical data that analyze the mentioned details of the first part of the essay. Fi-nally, through a thorough presentation of the above characteristics, conclusions about the libraries evolution are drawn.

| Abstract: | Η εργασία έχει θέμα την ενοποίηση των καταλόγων των Βιβλιοθηκών της Μακεδονίας, με σκοπό την ύπαρξη ενός αυτοματοποιημένου συστήματος που θα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο από κάθε πόλη και για κάθε χρήστη σε εθνικό επίπεδο. Με την δημιουργία ενός ενιαίου καταλόγου διευκολύνεται κατά ένα μεγάλο ποσοστό η αναζήτηση τεκμηρίων, ενώ παράλληλα εξοικονομείται χρόνος κατά την αναζήτηση τους. Για να μπορέσει να επιτευχθεί το παραπάνω, είναι απαραίτητο να συγκεντρωθούν τα στοιχεία των συλλογών κάθε Βιβλιοθήκης, για να είναι δυνατό στη συνέχεια (με μερικές τροποποιήσεις στα συστήματα και τις λειτουργίες) να οργανωθούν σύμφωνα με μόνο ένα σύστημα το οποίο θα καλύπτει όλο το φάσμα της Μακεδονίας. Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο παρουσιάζονται συγκεντρωμένα τα στοιχεία των Βιβλιοθηκών κάθε νομού και πόλης της Μακεδονίας. Από κάθε Βιβλιοθήκη γίνεται αναζήτηση συγκεκριμένων στοιχείων, κυρίως στατιστικών, που αφορούν τη συλλογή τους, ενώ μέσω αυτού επιτυγχάνεται η παρουσίαση των Βιβλιοθηκών κάθε νομού στην περιφέρεια της Μακεδονίας. Ως αποτέλεσμα δηλαδή, πραγματοποιείται η Χαρτογράφηση των καταλόγων των Βιβλιοθηκών της Μακεδονίας. Το δεύτερο μέρος της, έχει αντληθεί από βιβλιογραφικά δεδομένα τα οποία αναλύουν στοιχεία που έχουν αναφερθεί στο πρώτο κομμάτι της εργασίας. Τέλος, μέσω της αναλυτικής παρουσίασης των χαρακτηριστικών αυτών, έχουν εξαχθεί ορισμένα συμπεράσματα για την εξελικτική πορεία των Βιβλιοθηκών.
