Η συμβολή των αισθητικών παρεμβάσεων στη διαχείριση του άγχους των εκπαιδευτικών (Master thesis)

This study investigates the relationship between Aesthetics 'contribution to teachers' professional stress. This work covers both theory and research, and substantially explores their relationship through this link. Research questions fully cover the full range of interview questions as the researcher focuses on Aesthetics' contribution to reducing the professional stress of secondary education teachers in order to show the average reader the ways in which these services contribute not only to and in maintaining one's inner well-being and one's spiritual balance.
Both the results and the conclusions of the research give a clear understanding and a comprehensive picture of the provision and delivery of aesthetic massage services and its beneficial benefits to man, both physically and mentally. In the responses of the respondents this link seems to be something that further fueled the thought of new research on the part of Aesthetics and its effect on humans.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα μελέτη ερευνά την σύνδεση της συμβολής της Αισθητικής με το επαγγελματικό άγχος των εκπαιδευτικών. Η εργασία αυτή περιλαμβάνει τόσο τη θεωρία όσο και το κομμάτι της έρευνας και ουσιαστικά διερευνάται η σχέση τους μέσα από τη σύνδεση αυτή. Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα καλύπτουν ολοκληρωτικά όλο το εύρος των ερωτημάτων των συνεντεύξεων καθώς η ερευνήτρια επικεντρώνεται στη συμβολή της Αισθητικής στην μείωση του επαγγελματικού στρες των εκπαιδευτικών της Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης αποσκοπώντας να δείξει στον μέσο αναγνώστη τους τρόπους με τους οποίους οι υπηρεσίες αυτές συμβάλλουν όχι μόνο στη γένεση αλλά και στη διατήρηση της εσωτερικής ευημερίας αλλά και της πνευματικής ισορροπίας του ανθρώπου.
Τόσο τα αποτελέσματα όσο και τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας δίνουν μια σαφή αντίληψη και μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα για την παροχή και την προσφορά των υπηρεσιών του αισθητικού μασάζ και τα ευεργετικά του οφέλη στον άνθρωπο, τόσο σωματικά όσο και πνευματικά- ψυχικά. Στις απαντήσεις των ερωτηθέντων αυτή η σύνδεση φαίνεται κι αυτό είναι κάτι που τροφοδοτεί ακόμη περισσότερο τη σκέψη για νέες έρευνες πάνω στο κομμάτι της Αισθητικής και την επίδρασή της στον άνθρωπο.
