Διακρίνεται σε αυτόλογη και αλλογενή, με γνώμονα τον δοτή του μοσχεύματος. Επίσης, πριν από την εφαρμογή της απαιτεί την κατάλληλη προετοιμασία του ασθενούς με την εφαρμογή της προπαρασκευαστικής αγωγής, την οποία συνιστούν η χημειοθεραπεία , η ακτινοθεραπεία και η ανοσοθεραπεία. Ωστόσο, ενέχει πολλούς κίνδυνους και περιορισμούς με του σοβαρότερους την απόρριψη του μοσχεύματος ή την νόσο μοσχεύματος έναντι ξενιστή. | el |

It is distinguished in autologous and allogeneic, guided by the donor of the implant. Also, before its application it requires the proper preparation of the patient with the application of the preparatory treatment, which consists of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. However, it carries many risks and limitations, most notably graft rejection or graft- versus-host disease. | en |
