| heal.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η αλλαγή χρήσης σε κτίριο με ισόγειο κατάστημα και κατοικίες στην περιοχή Νέας Αγχιάλου , Βόλου. Αρχικά, συγκεντρώθηκαν τα ιστορικά και γενικότερα χαρακτηριστικά της περιοχής καθώς και οι λόγοι ανακατασκευής του έργου. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται οι όροι δόμησης της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης και τα πραγματοποιούμενα στοιχεία του οικοπέδου. Πραγματοποιήθηκε αναλυτική περιγραφή της ήδη υπάρχουσας κατάστασης και αδειοδοτήσεις σχετικά με τις εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές διαρρυθμίσεις τόσο του ισόγειου καταστήματος όσο και των διαμερισμάτων AirBnB (Air Bed & Breakfast). Για την σωστή λειτουργία τους αναφέραμε σχετικά άρθρα βάση Ελληνικής Νομοθεσίας. Επίσης, επισυνάψαμε τον κανονισμό πυροπροστασίας κτιρίων σχετικά με το κατάστημα και των διαμερισμάτων όπως αυτό αναφέρεται στην Νομοθεσία, καθώς και τα προαπαιτούμενα συστήματα HACCP( Hazard Analysis – Critical Control Points – Ανάλυση κινδύνων – Κρίσιμα Σημεία Ελέγχου) για την σωστή λειτουργία του καταστήματος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The scope of this dissertation titled "Change of use of building having a ground floor shop and apartments on its A, B and C floor" in the area of Nea Aghialou, Volou. Firstly, the historical and general characteristics of the area were gathered as well as the reasons for the reconstruction. In continuing, the construction terms of the present situation are mentioned as well as the to-be-manifested elements of the field. A detailed description of the present situation was made and the licenses regarding the interior and exterior layouts of the ground floor shop and the AirBnB (Air Bed & Breakfast) apartments. For the appropriate functioning we mentioned to them the corresponding articles of Greek legislation. Moreover, we attached the fire protection regulation for buildings regarding the shop and apartments as it is mentioned in the legislature. Moreover, we mentioned the prerequisite HACCP (Hazard Analysis - Critical Control Points) systems for the appropriate function of the shop. | en |
