| heal.abstract | Η εργασία αυτή διαπραγματεύεται το άγχος των εργαζομένων και την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση φαινόμενα που επηρεάζουν την εκπαιδευτική εργασία. Οι έρευνες στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό ανέδειξαν ότι το εργασιακό άγχος επηρεάζει την αποδοτικότητα και την υγεία των εργαζομένων στην εκπαίδευση. Σε αυτό το αποτέλεσμα συμβάλλει η οικονομική κρίση που επέφερε πολλές αλλαγές στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον προσθέτοντας μεγαλύτερη επιβάρυνση στους εκπαιδευτικούς. Η παρακάτω έρευνα έγινε στο Νομό Λάρισας στην προσπάθεια να βρεθούν τα αίτια και οι επιπτώσεις του προβλήματος στον εκπαιδευτικό χώρο για τους υπαλλήλους των παιδικών και των βρεφονηπιακών σταθμών του Ν. Λάρισας. Η μέθοδος που ακολουθήθηκε είναι η ποσοτική προσέγγιση με ερωτηματολόγια τα οποία επεξεργαστήκαμε με το στατιστικό πρόγραμμα SPSS. Στην προσπάθεια συμμετείχαν 158 εκπαιδευτικοί προσχολικής αγωγής του Νομού Λάρισας. Συμπερασματικά, παρατηρήθηκε ότι οι εκπαιδευτικοί βιώνουν άγχος στην εργασία τους όχι όμως σε έντονο βαθμό. Τα κυριότερα αίτια για τη δημιουργία άγχους φαίνεται ότι είναι οι μεγάλες σε αριθμό τάξεις, τα προβλήματα υποδομής, η έλλειψη προοπτικών εξέλιξης στην καριέρα τους και οι συχνές αλλαγές στο εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. Αναμφισβήτητα η οικονομική κρίση αποτελεί τα τελευταία χρόνια μεγάλο πλήγμα για τους εκπαιδευτικούς, οι οποίοι βιώνουν άγχος, αισθάνονται ανασφάλεια στην εργασία καθώς και φόβο λόγω πιθανής απώλειας αυτής. Εξαιτίας των οικονομικών προβλημάτων της πατρίδας μας διαπιστώθηκε αφενός ότι πρόεκυψαν διαφοροποιήσεις στο εργασιακό τους περιβάλλον αλλά αφετέρου σε καμία περίπτωση οι εργαζόμενοι στον εκπαιδευτικό κλάδο δεν βιώνουν εργασιακή εξουθένωση. | el |
| heal.abstract | This paper negotiates the stress of the employees and the occupational exhaustion, two phenomena that affect the educational work. Researches in Greece and abroad have shown that work-related stress has affected the performance and health of the employees in education. In this result contributes the financial crisis which has brought many changes in the work environment, adding more encumbrances to the teachers. This research has been conducted in the prefecture of Larissa in the effort of finding the causes and the consequences of the problem in the work environment of employees of kindergartens and nursery schools of the prefecture of Larissa. The method that we followed is the quantitative approach with questionnaires that we processed with the statistical software SPSS. In this effort there were 158 teachers of preschool education of the statute of Larissa. Consequently, it was observed that the teachers are experiencing stress in their work environment but not at an extreme point. The main causes of the creation of stress seem to be the crowded classrooms (as far as the number of students is concerned), the problem of infrastructure, the lack of opportunities of evolution in their career and the frequent changes in the educational system. Undoubtedly, the financial crisis of the last years constitutes a great damage to the teachers, who are experiencing stress, feeling insecure and harbor fears due to the possible loss of their job. Due to the economic issues of our home country, it has been found that on the one hand there have been differentiations in their work environment but on the other hand under no circumstances do teachers experience work-related stress. | en |
