| heal.abstract | Η εγκεφαλική παράλυση χαρακτηρίζεται ως μια μόνιμη, αλλά αναστρέψιμη δυσλειτουργία του μυϊκού τόνου και της κίνησης, η οποία προκαλείται από βλάβη του Κεντρικού Νευρικού Συστήματος (ΚΝΣ). Κατέχει σημαντικό ρόλο στην παιδική νευροπαθολογία καθώς περιλαμβάνει ένα ευρύ φάσμα παθολογικών διαταραχών, σωματικών αλλά και ψυχοκοινωνικών, τις οποίες καλούνται να αντιμετωπίσουν οι φυσικοθεραπευτές. Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως στόχο την παρουσίαση της εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης στα παιδιά, των εναλλακτικών μεθόδων που χρησιμοποιούνται για την αντιμετώπιση της και των αποτελεσμάτων τους. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια αναφορά γενικού και ιατρικού περιεχομένου της πάθησης. Αποδίδεται ο ορισμός της και μελετώνται διάφορα ζητήματα όπως η επιδημιολογία, η διάγνωση, η αιτιολογία, οι μορφές εμφάνισης και οι συνοδές διαταραχές της. Στο δεύτερο και τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρατίθενται οι εναλλακτικές φυσικοθεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις που χρησιμοποιούνται για την αντιμετώπιση της εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης στα παιδιά. Για την ακρίβεια γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά στην χρήση της Ιπποθεραπείας και της Υδροθεραπείας ενώ παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά οι τεχνικές και ο τρόπος εφαρμογής της κάθε μεθόδου. Στο τέλος κάθε κεφαλαίου παρουσιάζονται εμπεριστατωμένες έρευνες που επιβεβαιώνουν την αποτελεσματικότητα των ολιστικών αυτών θεραπειών και την ευεργετική τους δράση σε πολλές περιπτώσεις παιδιών με εγκεφαλική παράλυση. | el |
| heal.abstract | Cerebral palsy is characterized as a permanent, but reversible, dysfunction of muscle tone and movement, which is caused by Central Nervous System (CNS) damage. It plays an important role in pediatric neuropathology as it encompasses a wide range of pathological, physical and psychosocial disorders that physiotherapists are called upon to deal with. The purpose of the present study is to present the cerebral palsy in children, the alternative methods used to treat it and their effects. In the first chapter there is a general and medical description of the condition is mentioned. Its definition is given and various issues such as epidemiology, diagnosis, etiology, forms of presentation and associated disorders are studied. The second and third chapters outline the alternative physiotherapeutic approaches used to treat cerebral palsy in children. In fact, there is extensive reference to the use of Hippotherapy and Hydrotherapy, while the techniques and methods of each method are presented in detail. At the end of each chapter, detailed research is presented to confirm the effectiveness of these holistic therapies and their beneficial effects in many cases of children with cerebral palsy. | en |
