Διερεύνηση του ρόλου του σχολικού νοσηλευτή στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση (Master thesis)

Introduction: This paper begins by outlining its institution primary education, the institution of primary health care and nursing and ends up in the connecting link of the above which is the school nurse.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of the school nurse in the primary.
Material - Method: The sample of the research was the employees of the primary school education in schools of the North Aegean and Central region of Macedonia. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection which included the general part concerning their demographics respondents and the special section on the role of the school nurse in
primary education.
Results: In relation to teachers, school nurses tended to have higher percentage of agreement on the questions in the specific part of the questionnaire. Also a higher percentage of agreement on the questions of the special part the employees of the North Aegean region had a questionnaire from them workers of the region of Central Macedonia. Finally it was found that in schools that there was a school nurse, employees tended to agree more with questions about his role, compared to employees in which he did not there was a school nurse.
Conclusions: For Greece, school nursing is a recent science but and necessary for all primary schools. The role of school nursing is crucial and of paramount importance especially to students.

| Abstract: | Εισαγωγή : Η παρούσα εργασία ξεκινάει περιγράφοντας σε γενικές γραμμές το θεσμό της πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης , το θεσμό της πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας και της νοσηλευτικής και καταλήγει στο συνδετικό κρίκο των παραπάνω που είναι ο σχολικός νοσηλευτής.
Σκοπός: Ο σκοπός της παρούσας έρευνας είναι να διερευνηθεί ο ρόλος του σχολικού νοσηλευτή στην πρωτοβάθμια .
Υλικό - Μέθοδος: Το δείγμα της έρευνας ήταν οι εργαζόμενοι της πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης σε σχολεία της περιφέρειας του Βορείου Αιγαίου και της Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας. Ως εργαλείο για τη συλλογή δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο περιελάμβανε το γενικό μέρος που αφορούσε τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία των ερωτώμενων και το ειδικό μέρος που αφορούσε το ρόλο του σχολικού νοσηέυτή στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση.
Αποτελέσματα: Σε σχέση με τους εκπαιδευτικούς οι σχολικοί νοσηλευτές έτειναν να έχουν μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό συμφωνίας στις ερωτήσεις του ειδικού μέρους του ερωτηματολογίου . Επίσης μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό συμφωνίας στις ερωτήσεις του ειδικού μέρους του ερωτηματολογίου είχαν οι εργαζόμενοι της περιφέρειας Βορείου Αιγαίου από τους εργαζόμενους της περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας. Τέλος διαπιστώθηκε πως στα σχολεία που υπήρχε σχολικός νοσηλευτής , οι εργαζόμενοι έτειναν να συμφωνούν περισσότερο με τις ερωτήσεις που αφορούσαν το ρόλο του , σε σύγκριση με τους εργαζόμενους στα οποία δεν υπήρχε σχολικός νοσηλευτής.
Συμπεράσματα: Για την Ελλάδα η σχολική νοσηλευτική είναι μια πρόσφατη επιστήμη αλλά και απαραίτητη για όλα τα σχολεία της πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Ο ρόλος των σχολικών νοσηλευτών είναι καθοριστικός και εξέχουσας σημασίας ιδιαίτερα για τους μαθητές.
