| heal.abstract | Η αποτελεσματικότητα των δραστικών ουσιών έναντι της γήρανσης που περιέχονται στα συμπληρώματα διατροφής και στα καλλυντικά προϊόντα που κυκλοφορούν στην αγορά μεγιστοποιεί την αντιγηραντική τους δράση στο δέρμα. Συγκεκριμένα, τονίζεται η αναγκαιότητα της παραγωγής τους, για την αντιμετώπιση τόσο της φυσικής γήρανσης όσο και της φωτογήρανσης. Ο σύγχρονος τρόπος ζωής στα αστικά κέντρα επιβαρύνει την επιδερμίδα, λόγω της αυξημένης ατμοσφαιρικής ρύπανσης, της ηλιακής ακτινοβολίας και άλλων εξωγενών παραγόντων. | heal.abstract | At the present study, the most common ingredients contained in dietary supplements and cosmetics products found on the market, will be presented and studied, as well as their properties and characteristics, in terms of aesthetically improving the appearance of the skin and their anti- aging properties . Especially, the first purpose is to show the effectiveness of these products, in terms of preventing aging and to emphasize the need for their production in order to deal with both natural aging and photoaging. It is also emphasized that the modern way of life in urban centers burdens the skin, due to increased air pollution, solar radiation, etc. exogenous factors. The last purpose is to correlate the two types of products, to compare and to clarify the need for their complementarity to in order to cope with the increased needs of the adult face. | el |
