| heal.abstract | Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των διαφραγματικών τοίχων και η άμεση σχέση τους με τα τεχνικά έργα. Σκοπός της είναι η εύρεση μαθηματικών εργαλείων που θα διευκολύνουν τους πολιτικούς μηχανικούς στην ορθή μελέτη και κατασκευή ενός διαφραγματικού τοίχου. Τα διαφράγματα στην τυπική τους μορφή είναι λεπτόπαχες κατασκευές που αποσκοπούν στην αντιστήριξη μετώπων εκσκαφών μεγάλου ύψους. Τα συνήθη υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται για την κατασκευή τους είναι μεταλλικές πασσαλοσανίδες, οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα μικρής ή μεγάλης δυσκαμψίας, ξύλο ή συνθετικά υλικά. Η ισορροπία του συστήματος διάφραγμα - αντιστηριζόμενο έδαφος εξασφαλίζεται από το βάθος έμπηξης του διαφράγματος σε συνδυασμό πολλές φορές με κάποιο σύστημα αγκύρωσης. Η εύρεση του κατάλληλου βάθους έμπηξης του διαφράγματος αποτελεί καίριο σημείο στην ορθή κατασκευή του. Στην παρούσα εργασία δίνονται μαθηματικά μοντέλα και διαγράμματα για τον άμεσο υπολογισμό του βάθους έμπηξης ανάλογα με το έδαφος και τις μηχανικές του ιδιότητες. | el |
| heal.abstract | The object of this bachelor's thesis is the study of the sheet pile walls and their direct relation to the infrastructure works. Its purpose is to find mathematical tools that will facilitate civil engineers in the proper study and construction of a sheet pile wall. The sheet pile walls in their standard form are thin structures designed to support high excavations. The usual materials used for their construction are metal piles, reinforced concrete of low or high rigidity, wood or synthetic materials. The balance of the sheet pile wall-supported ground system is ensured by the depth of embedment of the sheet pile wall in combination usually with an anchorage system. Finding the right embedment depth of the sheet pile wall is a key point in its proper construction.
