Communication is an important part of any organization in order to be able to carry out its mission with the cooperation of all its members. It is a given that in an organization, conflict is a problem that exists and cannot be completely avoided. It is therefore appropriate to find those mechanisms which may help to better absorb the vibrations that a conflict may cause. One such mechanism is considered to be the effective communication between members of an organization, especially when that organization has the mission of education.
This paper presents, in detail, the issue of communication skills and conflict, as well as the results of a quantitative research conducted on a sample of 135 Kindergarteners from Imathia, whose results showed that the communication skills of the Kindergarten staff is an important factor for effective conflict management

| Abstract: | Η επικοινωνία είναι ένα σημαντικό κομμάτι σε κάθε οργανισμό, ώστε να είναι σε θέση να φέρει εις πέρας την αποστολή του, με τη συνεργασία όλων των μελών του. Είναι δεδομένο ότι σε ένα οργανισμό, οι συγκρούσεις αποτελούν ένα πρόβλημα το οποίο και υφίσταται, αλλά και δεν είναι δυνατόν να αποφευχθεί πλήρως. Κρίνεται λοιπόν σκόπιμο να βρεθούν εκείνοι οι μηχανισμοί οι οποίοι είναι δυνατόν να συμβάλουν στην καλύτερη απορρόφηση των κραδασμών που ενδέχεται να προκαλέσει μια σύγκρουση. Ένας τέτοιος μηχανισμός θεωρείται ότι είναι και η αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ των μελών ενός οργανισμού, ιδιαίτερα όταν αυτός ο οργανισμός έχει ως αποστολή την εκπαίδευση.
Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζεται, αναλυτικά το θέμα των επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων, αλλά και αυτό των συγκρούσεων, ενώ παρουσιάζονται και τα αποτελέσματα μιας ποσοτικής έρευνας η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε σε δείγμα 135 Νηπιαγωγών από το Νομό Ημαθίας, τα αποτελέσματα της οποίας έδειξαν ότι οι επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες του προσωπικού του Νηπιαγωγείου αποτελούν ένα σημαντικό παράγοντα για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των συγκρούσεων Communication is an important part of any organization in order to be able to carry out its mission with the cooperation of all its members.
