| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε μελέτη της γονιμότητας καλλιεργούμενων εδαφών σε 17 τοποθεσίες καλλιεργητών στην Κέρκυρα, για τρία καλλιεργούμενα είδη, του κουμ κουάτ, της αμπέλου και της ελιάς. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, για τις καλλιέργειες παραγωγών κουμ κουάτ σε πέντε αγρούς, για τις καλλιέργειες οινοπαραγωγών σε έξι αγρούς και για τις καλλιέργειες της ελιάς σε επτά αγρούς. Τα ληφθέντα εδαφικά δείγματα είναι σύνθετα και επιφανειακά, εκτός από τις καλλιέργειες της ελιάς στις οποίες ελήφθησαν σύνθετα δείγματα αλλά από δύο βάθη, των 0-30 εκατοστών και 30-60 εκατοστών. Συνολικά, ελήφθησαν 25 αντιπροσωπευτικά εδαφικά δείγματα από τις καλλιεργήσιμες αυτές εκτάσεις, προκειμένου να διαπιστωθούν οι βασικές ιδιότητες των εδαφών και η θρεπτική τους κατάσταση.Στο Κεφάλαιο 1 παρουσιάζονται στοιχεία για το νησί, τη γεωγραφία του και το κλίμα του,ακολουθούν αναφορές στην γεωργική ιστορία των καλλιεργειών στο νησί και στο ρόλο της γεωργίας στην οικονομία του νησιούμε στατιστικά στοιχεία, παρουσιάζονται οι οικολογικές ιδιαιτερότητες του νησιού και οι επιπτώσεις της γεωργίας στο περιβάλλον. Επίσης, αναλύονται οι καλλιέργειες και οι ποικιλίες που καλλιεργούνται, καθώς και τα μορφολογικά και βοτανικά τους χαρακτηριστικά, οι απαιτήσεις τους ως προς το έδαφος, το κλίμα, το υψόμετρο,καθώς και οι καλλιεργητικές απαιτήσεις τους. Τέλος, αναλύεται η λίπανση και συγκεκριμένα η σημασία, η πρόσληψη θρεπτικών στοιχείων και η συνιστώμενη λίπανση. Το Κεφάλαιο 2αφορά τις εργαστηριακές μεθόδους και τις διαδικασίες που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την εκπόνηση της εργασίας. Οι εδαφολογικές αναλύσεις περιλαμβάνουν τον προσδιορισμό της μηχανικής σύστασης, των συγκεντρώσεων της οργανικής ουσίας και του ανθρακικού ασβεστίου, του pH και της ηλεκτρικής αγωγιμότητας (EC), όπως επίσης των συγκεντρώσεων νιτρικού αζώτου (Ν-ΝΟ3), διαθέσιμου φωσφόρου (Ρ), ανταλλάξιμου καλίου (Κ+), ασβεστίου (Ca2) και μαγνησίου (Mg2+). | heal.abstract | In this study, the fertility of cultivated soils was studied in 17 locations of farmers in Corfu for three cultivated species: kumquat, grapevine, and olive trees. Specifically, there were selected 5 farms of kumquat, 6 farms of vineyards and 7 farms of olive trees. The soil samples are composite and from 0-30 cm depth, except for the olive tree crops in which composite samples were taken from two depths of 0-30 cm and 0-60 cm. In total, 25 representative soil samples were taken from these cultivable areas to determine the basic properties of the soil and their nutritional status. The first chapter begins by presenting information about the island, its geography, and its climate, references to the agricultural history of crops on the island and the role of agriculture in the economy of the island, including statistical data. Furthermore, the ecological peculiarities of the island and the impact of agriculture on the environment are presented. Subsequently, the crops and varieties that are cultivated are analyzed, as well as their morphological and botanical characteristics and their requirements for soil, climate, altitude, and cultivation. Finally, fertilization is analyzed, specifically its significance, nutrient uptake, and recommended fertilization. The second chapter concerns the methods and procedures used to conduct the study. The soil analyses include the determination of the mechanical composition, organic matter concentrations, calcium carbonate content, pH, and electrical conductivity (EC), as well as the concentrations of nitrate nitrogen (N-NO3), available phosphorus (P), exchangeable potassium (K+), calcium (Ca2), and magnesium (Mg2+). Initially, the methodology used for data collection is described, including field observations and visits to farms and vineyards. In addition, the data analysis methods used to process the collected information are analyzed.
