| heal.abstract | Οι συγγενείς καρδιοπάθειες στα παιδιά καταγράφονται σε ένα υψηλό ποσοστό σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Η παροχή υποστηρικτικής φυσικοθεραπευτικής φροντίδας τόσο πριν, όσο και μετά το εγχειρητικό στάδιο, καθώς και σε παιδιά που αντιμετωπίζουν το χρόνιο πρόβλημα της συγγενούς καρδιοπάθειας αποτελεί σημαντική μέριμνα στην βελτίωση της υγείας τους και στην προαγωγή της καθημερινότητάς τους. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, ο ρόλος του φυσικοθεραπευτή κρίνεται ως ιδιαίτερα σημαντικός και ευαίσθητος. Η εργασία αυτή έχει ως αντικείμενό της την καταγραφή των στάσεων και των απόψεων των φυσικοθεραπευτών σχετικά με την διαχείριση των παιδιών με καρδιοπάθειες. Ανιχνεύει τις απόψεις τους, σκιαγραφεί την οπτική τους, αλλά και καταγράφει τις αγωνίες τους για το λειτούργημά τους στην προσπάθειά τους να προσφέρουν τις υπηρεσίες τους στα παιδιά με καρδιολογικά προβλήματα. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε με ερωτηματολόγιο, το οποίο συμπληρώθηκε διαδικτυακά. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας αυτής οδηγούν στο συμπέρασμα ότι οι φυσικοθεραπευτές διαθέτουν όλες εκείνες τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις προκειμένου να προσφέρουν τις υπηρεσίες τους στα παιδιά με καρδιολογικά προβλήματα, ενώ στα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας καταγράφεται η αναγκαιότητα της ενίσχυσης της εμπειρίας τους στην διαχείριση των παιδιών με καρδιολογικά προβλήματα. | el |
| heal.abstract | Congenital heart diseases in children are recorded at a high rate worldwide. The provision of supportive physical therapy care both, before and after the surgical stage, as well as to children, who face the chronic problem of congenital heart disease, is an important concern in improving their health and promoting their daily life. In this context, the physiotherapist's role is considered particularly important and sensitive. This work aims to record the attitudes and opinions of physical therapists regarding the management of children with heart diseases. It detects their ideas, outlines their perspective, but also records their anxieties about their operation in their effort to offer their services to children with cardiac problems. The survey was carried out with a questionnaire, which was completed online. The results of this research lead to the conclusion that physical therapists have all the necessary knowledge to offer their services to children with cardiac problems, while the conclusions of the research show the necessity of strengthening their experience in the management of children with cardiac problems. | en |
