Μελέτη Περιβαλλοντικών Επιπτώσεων σε φωτοβολταϊκό σταθμό παραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Κοζάνη (Master thesis)

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of an environmental impact study in the context of
environmental licensing of a 40MW Photovoltaic Power Station in the area of "Monopati", in
the Municipality of Eordaias, Kozani Regional Unit and the accompanying infrastructure works
required. This thesis was prepared in accordance with the contents defined by the current legislation.
The study of the above project identifies the exact geographic location of the land where
the station will be installed, examines the compatibility of the project with established spatial
and urban planning constraints of the area and provides a detailed description of the project and
its technical characteristics. Based on the above data, the environmental impacts resulting from
the implementation of the project are assessed and the final conclusion is drawn, taking into account
the existing legislation for the improvement of the environmental footprint of the photovoltaic
plant. The conclusion of the thesis includes the main criteria for the selection of the photovoltaic
system as well as clear instructions and measures to be taken.

| Abstract: | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η σύνταξη μελέτης περιβαλλοντικών
επιπτώσεων στο πλαίσιο περιβαλλοντικής αδειοδότησης Φωτοβολταϊκού Σταθμού Παραγωγής
Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας ισχύος 40MW στην περιοχή «Μονοπάτι», του Δήμου Εορδαίας, Περιφε-
ρειακής Ενότητας Κοζάνης και των συνοδών έργων υποδομής που απαιτούνται. Η εν λόγω μελέτη
συντάχθηκε σύμφωνα με τα περιεχόμενα που ορίζονται από την υπ’ αριθμ. οικ. 170225 (Φ.Ε.Κ
135/Β/27-01-2014) Υπουργική Απόφαση, όπως έχει τροποποιηθεί και ισχύει για τα έργα κατάτα-
ξης Α2. Κατά τη μελέτη του ανωτέρω έργου, προσδιορίζεται η ακριβής γεωγραφική θέση του
γηπέδου εγκατάστασης του σταθμού, εξετάζεται η συμβατότητα του έργου με θεσμοθετημένες
χωρικές και πολεοδομικές δεσμεύσεις της περιοχής και παρατίθεται η αναλυτική περιγραφή του
έργου και των τεχνικών του χαρακτηριστικών. Με βάση τα παραπάνω στοιχεία, εκτιμώνται οι
περιβαλλοντικές επιπτώσεις που προκύπτουν από την υλοποίηση του έργου και συντάσσεται το
τελικό συμπέρασμα, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την κείμενη νομοθεσία για την βελτίωση του περιβαλ-
λοντικού αποτυπώματος του φωτοβολταϊκού σταθμού. Το συμπέρασμα της μελέτης περιλαμβάνει
τα βασικά κριτήρια επιλογής του συστήματος των φωτοβολταϊκών καθώς και σαφείς οδηγίες και
μέτρα που θα πρέπει να ληφθούν.
