| heal.abstract | Τα λεμφώματα γενικότερα, αποτελούν ένα πολύ σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας που απασχολεί την Επιστημονική κοινότητα. Ειδικότερα το λέμφωμα Hodgkin, έχει χαρακτηριστεί ως μία από τις πιο σοβαρές μορφές κακοήθειας που όμως, εάν διαγνωστεί έγκαιρα είναι δυνατό να ιαθεί πλήρως. Βάσει των στατιστικών στοιχείων, αποτελεί ένα πρόβλημα υγείας που ταλαιπωρεί μεγάλο μέρος του πληθυσμού και το οποίο αφορά τόσο τους άνδρες, όσο και τις γυναίκες. Πρόκειται επομένως για μία νεοπλασία που δεν κάνει διακρίσεις. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να αναδείξει και παρουσιάσει την αναγκαιότητα της πρόληψης και έγκαιρης διάγνωσης της νόσου, καθιστώντας τες ως τις αποτελεσματικότερες μεθόδους αντιμετώπισης του προβλήματος. Επιπλέον, η παρούσα μελέτη προσπαθεί μέσα από την περιγραφή και ανάλυση των αιτίων πρόκλησης της συγκεκριμένης πάθησης, μέσω της απαρίθμησης των διαγνωστικών μέσων που ο Ιατρικός Κλάδος παρέχει και έχοντας ως βάση τις αναφορές στις σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές πρακτικές, να τονίσει, εν είδει οδηγού, τη σπουδαιότητα τόσο της πρόληψης όσο και της έγκαιρης διάγνωσης της νόσου, που είναι δυνατό να συντελέσουν στην καλύτερη έκβαση και πρόγνωση της ή και στην πλήρη ίαση του ασθενούς. Η λέξη λέμφωμα, προκαλεί τρόμο και μόνο στο άκουσμα της, ωστόσο, κάθε ασθενής υποχρεούται να δώσει τη μάχη ενάντια στην αρρώστια, έχοντας εμπιστοσύνη στον θεράποντα ιατρό του, ο οποίος, μαζί με την οικογένεια και το οικείο περιβάλλον, θα σταθούν στο πλάϊ του συμπαραστάτες και συναγωνιστές. Οι σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις του λεμφώματος Hodgkin, υπόσχονται να συμβάλλουν στην αύξηση του προσδόκιμου επιβίωσης των ασθενών και στην όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής σε εκείνους οι οποίοι, βρίσκονται σε πιο προχωρημένα στάδια. Κατόπιν όλων αυτών, η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στο να παρουσιάσει ακόμα έναν τύπο λεμφώματος, το λεγόμενο non Hodgkin λέμφωμα, μια προσπάθεια που γίνεται για να δοθεί έμφαση στις ομοιότητες και διαφορές του από το κοινό λέμφωμα Hodgkin, το οποίο διερευνάται και αποτελεί το θέμα της εργασίας. Τέλος, υπογραμμίζεται και πάλι η αξία της πρόληψης, αφού σύμφωνα με τον Ιπποκράτη 460-370 π.Χ. «Κάλλιον το προλαμβάνειν ή το θεραπεύειν», όπερ μεθερμηνευόμενον εστί . . . είναι προτιμότερο να προλαβαίνει κανείς το οτιδήποτε, παρά να το παραμελεί και ύστερα να το θεραπεύει, κάτι που ισχύει και στην περίπτωση ενός τόσο σοβαρού αντιπάλου όπως το λέμφωμα Hodgkin, εφόσον κρίνεται επιτακτική η ανάγκη της έγκαιρης διάγνωσης και ορθής αντιμετώπισης. | el |
| heal.abstract | Lymphomas in general are a very serious health problem that concerns the Scientific community. In particular, Hodgkin's lymphoma has been characterized as one of the most serious forms of malignancy which, if diagnosed early, can be completely cured. According to statistics, it is a health problem that affects a large part of the population and that affects both men and women. It is therefore a neoplasm that does not discriminate. The purpose of this work is to highlight and present the necessity of prevention and early diagnosis of the disease, making them the most effective methods of dealing with the problem. In addition, the present study tries, through the description and analysis of the causes of the particular condition, through the enumeration of the diagnostic tools that the Medical Branch provides as well as the references to modern therapeutic practices, to emphasize, as a guide, the importance of both of the prevention as well as the early diagnosis of the disease, which can contribute to the best outcome and prognosis of the disease or to the complete recovery of the patient. The word lymphoma causes fear just by hearing it, however, every patient is obliged to fight against the disease, having confidence in his treating doctor, who, together with his family and the familiar environment, will stand by his side as supporters and competitors. Modern therapeutic approaches to Hodgkin's lymphoma promise to contribute to increasing the expected survival of patients and to the best possible quality of life for those who are in more advanced stages. After all this, the paper focuses on presenting one more type of lymphoma, the so-called non Hodgkin lymphoma, an effort made by emphasizing its similarities and differences from the common Hodgkin lymphoma, which is investigated and is the subject of the paper. Finally, the value of prevention is underlined again, since according to the great Hippocrates 460-370 BC. "It is better to prevent it or to cure it", over reinterpreted is. . . it is better to catch anything than to neglect it and then treat it, and in the case of such a serious opponent as Hodgkin's lymphoma, the need for early diagnosis and proper treatment becomes imperative. | en |
