dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a theoretical framework of Ecological Consciousness (EC) sufficient to position and examine Ecologically Conscious Consumer Behaviour (ECCB) under it. ECCB is the behavioural dimension of EC framework and it is understood as the result of the sequence of the other two dimensions of this framework, namely the cognitive and the affective dimensions. A detailed description of measures’ development procedure is also provided. This procedure resulted in the construction of a measurement instrument that includes reliable and valid measures, necessary for the examination of the main variables of the theoretical framework, namely Pro-environmental Purchase Behaviour, Pro-environmental Activities, Proenvironmental Attitudes and Recycling Attitudes. | el |
