Investigation of the behavior of customers as regards green eco-hotels with a view to establishing hotel environmentally friendly

Abstract

Στόχος της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι τόσο η συμπεριφορά των καταναλωτών, όσο και η αξιολόγηση των παραγόντων που θα ωθήσουν έναν καταναλωτή στην επιλογή ενός πράσινου ξενοδοχείου. Επίσης μέρος της έρευνας είναι και η διερεύνηση πρόθεσης έκφρασης αρνητικού και διαλογικού καταναλωτισμού. Όσον αφορά τους παράγοντες που μπορούν ίσως να επηρεάσουν αυτές τις συμπεριφορές επιλέχθηκαν να εξετασθούν οι πιθανές σχέσεις τους με δημογραφικά και ψυχογραφικά στοιχεία.

The aim of this project is both to consumer behavior, and the evaluation of the factors that would drive a consumer to choose a green hotel. Also part of the research is to investigate the negative intention and interactive consumerism expression. Regarding the factors that may perhaps influence these behaviors were selected to examine the possible relationships with demographic and psychographic data.
