Ανάλυση πραγματοποιείται κυριώς στην νομοθεσία περί ανώνυμων εταιρειών. Τέλος, γίνεται παρουσίαση του νέου Νόμου 3604/2007 περί ανώνυμων εταιρειών.el
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the legal framework of stock companies presenting analytically the structure and the characteristics of SA companies, its foundation procedures and its operation. Analysis is carried out mainly in the law of stock companies. Finally, it becomes a report and presentation of the new Law 3604/2007 on stock companies.el
