dc.description.abstractΣτην παρούσα πτυχιακή αρχικά αναλύεται η ίδρυση και λειτουργία των εταιρειών στην Ελλάδα και μια αναφορά στο νομικό πλαίσιο που τις διέπει. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση στην τήρηση λογιστικών βιβλίων ατομικών επιχειρήσεων, δηλαδή των ομόρρυθμων εταιρειών (ΟΕ) και τον ετερόρρυθμων εταιρειών (ΕΕ). Πιο συγκεκριμένα η εργασία αφορά την λειτουργία των προσωπικών εταιρειών, την τήρηση των βιβλίων Γ' κατηγορίας και την εφαρμογή ΦΠΑ.el

Then are analyzed the bookkeeping of individual companies, namely limited partnership (LP) and general partnership (GP).
