| Abstract: | Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρείται μια θεωρητική ανάλυση του σχεδίου Καλλικράτη σε συνδυασμό με τα αποτελέσματα του προηγούμενου προγράμματος τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης Καποδίστριας , καθώς και μια εμπειρική ανάλυση των οικονομικών και περιουσιακών στοιχείων 2 δήμων του νομού Θεσσαλονίκης, των δήμων Λαγκαδά και Θέρμης. This paper attempts a theoretical analysis of Kallikrates plan in conjunction with the results of previous local government program Kapodistrias and an empirical financial analysis of two municipalities of Thessaloniki, municipalities Lagada and Thermi. |
