Στην εργασία αυτή γίνεται ανάλυση και σύγκριση των χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων των εταιρειών Κυριακίδης ΑΒΕΕ και Μόσχου Α.Ε. Αφορά την διαδικασία αξιολόγησης εταιρειών, των προϋπολογισμών τους και άλλων χρηματοδοτικών καταστάσεων ώστε να διαπιστωθεί η καταλληλότητά τους για επενδύσεις. H χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση χρησιμοποιείται για να αναλύσει αν η οικονομική οντότητα είναι σταθερή ή όχι και αρκετά επικερδές ή μη για να επενδύσει κανείς. Ο αναλυτής εστιάζει στην κατάσταση λογαριασμού αποτελεσμάτων, ισολογισμού και την κατάσταση των ταμειακών ροών. Επιπλέον, ένας βασικός τομέας της χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης αφορά την προέκταση των προηγούμενων επιδόσεων της εταιρείας σε μια εκτίμηση της μελλοντικής της απόδοσης.

In this thesis are analyzed and compared the financial statements of companies Kyriakidis and Moschou SA. Is about the process of evaluating companies, their budgets and other financial statements in order to determine their suitability for investments. The financial analysis is used to analyze whether an entity is stable or not and profitable enough or not to be invested in. The financial analyst focus on the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. In addition, one key area of financial analysis involves extrapolating the company's past performance into an estimate of the company's future performance.
