Αρχικά γίνεται αναφορά στους ορισμούς των διαφόρων εταιρειών, στον εταιρικό τύπο και τις διακρίσεις των εμπορικών εταιρειών. Έπειτα, αφορά την ίδρυση προσωπικής εταιρείας και εταιρείας περιορισμένης ευθύνης. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση στη λειτουργία τριών μηνών ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας σε βιβλία τρίτης κατηγορίας και οι εργασίες τέλους χρήσης.el
