The issues that discussed are the concept of a general partnership, its establishment, its features and operation and management. Then it refers to the establishment and operation and into individual tax issues of GP and of the partners. Finally, the paper ends with the conclusions of this study.	el
dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση για το ισχύον καθεστώς που αφορά τις ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες. Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, ενώ έπειτα σε επί μέρους φορολογικά θέματα μιας ΟΕ και των εταίρων. Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.	el
