Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας και λύσης ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, ενώ έπειτα σε επί μέρους φορολογικά θέματα μιας ΟΕ.
