Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ανώνυμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της . Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας μιας κατασκευαστική ανώνυμης εταιρείας και στις λογιστικές εργασίες για το κλείσιμο χρήσης.	el
